I did a paternity test with Shirail. The owner of the Next Level ID. She let me know in advance that she would be relocating. Her phone had been disconnected due to the move. Long story short, I panicked! Shirail is such a wonderful person and business woman that she contacted me from her personal line. Being very professional, she then refunded the amount of the test. I am forever grateful and indebted to her. She is the reason my daughter will have the answer that she needs. For all of your dna questions, Shirail at Next Level ID is the answer.

Mr. Burton was very cordial and was very pleased with the kind of attention I got when I got to his office. He gave direction to the office which made things easy for me.. He was very professional and I would not hesitate to direct anyone to this gentleman since I know the kind of services he offers.

My 1st experience with this company was through my volunteer job that took care of the contact, fees and appointment. The environment was warm and inviting. Mr. Burton was a great conversationalist and had good comedy DVDs to watch while I waited. A few months later I needed another live scan and did some research ... Out of the 7 companies I checked Next Level ID was the most reasonable. With the exception of Solano County Sheriff Department the other companies share their office space with other businesses which made it hard to find, more expensive and absolutely no privacy. Next level ID get the highest rating and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services

Price of fingerprinting was cheaper than going to the Solano County Sheriffs Department in Fairfield CA. Loved on their website that you can schedule your own appointment immediately. While waiting to get fingerprinted, there is a comedy dvd playing so that customers can relax.

I must say this was definitely a pleasant experience and very painless. Thought it was gonna take a while, but the manager Piere was amazing. (And very handsome might I add lol) 😉 He also provided me with the form I needed bc I was not as prepared as I thought. Very accomadating and just pretty much exceeded my expectations. This is how you wanna be treated when you spend your money! Thanks for the excellent customer service guys.

Appt was cancelled on Sat. @ 11am. Was asked to come in on Friday @ 5:00. Wasnt seen until 5:50. Poor Slow Service. Would have liked to have kept my saturday appt. As i traveled here from Florida to get my Ca. Nurses License. Very exhausted and did not want this appt. Let alone have to wait an extra 50 minutes
