I’ve gone in a couple times for different reasons, some for printing projects and some for package drops. I’ve always gotten fair help from the staff and never have to wait long, if at all.

Went there to send books back to Amazon and Chegg and I thought they had taken care of it until I start getting charged late fees. As it turns out that day they charged a card but it wasn’t for the shipping so unsure as to what they charged me for and when I go to check about that a tracking number or that transaction doesn’t exist in their system and as it turns out they don’t accept Amazon returns which was realized until the same employee that helped me started another Amazon return and someone had to stop her. Worst part is that the store manager had told me it was my fault and he would only accept the tracking number from a physical receipt even though I had it on my phone. My books are still lost til this day even though I saw them place them in a box and get them ready to ship.

Went to USPS to send some documents out of the country and the people there could figure it out, so when I got here at FedEx, an employee named Gary took care of me quick and give me the confidence and reliability I was looking for. Now I could go home without stressing out anymore. Ill remember to come here for any shipping needs I have.

Great service.

I use FedEx Ground and Express shipping for my business. The staff at this location is great. The store itself is clean and well-maintained as well. I have the option of taking my packages to a FedEx Office location *much* closer to my place of business (about an hours drive), but I actually prefer to load them up and bring them to the Vallejo location because the staff here is so friendly.

I spent two hours custom boxing a car component only to have some tattoo covered women tell me they wouldnt accept it.... I guess it wasnt aesthetically pleasing enough for her ... needless to say my package was late to my customer... So I called FedEx corporate and scheduled a pick up... No problems they said they cant understand why she would not accept the package. Unbelievably stupid people working there....good luck. I run into this type of incompetence more and more these days... way of the world I guess.

Do you love understaffed Fedex locations and long wait times? Do you love rushing to FedEx to make sure your package makes the cut off, only to find out they made a mistake so your package did not get sent out? Do you love showing up at your local FedEx to use the computer, only to find they have network issues, so everything is down? Then this is the place for you! Hurry, dont wait! Your long line is awaiting you.

This store is always helpful when it comes to our print work. I have used them both for our business plans and for poster projects for school. They have gone out of their way to make sure I have what I need on time.

Good self - serve facilities but must have credit or debit card, machines wont take cash. Personally, I found the self - serve faxing prices too high and went elsewhere.

On monday (04/30/18) I walked in to print out some maps for a D&D campaign I host, and this gentleman working there named Renee was very helpful and provided very awesome customer service in printing out my maps I needed.It was quick, painless and also the maps came out great and it made me and my friends D&D experience all the more better!Thank you Renee for your help and customer service and Fedex I know you guys got a tough spot in Vallejo but keep it up! I will be forsure utilizing you guys more often!

Fedex Vallejo location has the best service., they are fast and always have enough help! They are open until 10:00pm which is very convienent.

Vallejo is a theft city and very surprise when these companies doing business here are supporting them in few manner. I got a city bank card in mail fedex people doesnt have common sense to drop the mail in mailbox they left the post on the floor, my neighbor live one block away, he knocked the door and give me my post, can you believe that. 👹Very poor service will call the bank and complain about it, so the can stop using fedex service.

I had the best experience thus far here! First of all I want to say this place is often busy. Most of us charge into this store wanting service immediately....but people, really, if you just relax and wait your turn you can have an amazing experience. These folk bust their butts, dealing with (some) rude, obnoxious and entitled people like (us). This angel of a man ERIC greets everyone he sees walking through the front door, even when hes in the middle of working with a customer, hello mame (or) sir, welll be right with you. His voice is kind and truly wants his please his customer. I was so grateful to have spent approx 15 mins with him (I had a big request). Eric is truly the poster man of customer service. I look forward to walking through the doors of this store hoping to see ERIC again. Thank you Eric for making my day!

This FedEx has a really nice staff that is on point from the time you walk into the door.

These guys always come through . I often have last minute structural drawings and they always have them ready when they say. The staff is super friendly and extremely professional

Store was clean and presentable, i was in store for at least 30 minutes and not one employee stopped to ask did I need assistance . Even the manager that saw me a the kiosk (which was malfunctioning) did nothing but walk past me .

Today is 11/17 @12pm and there is only one person working the entire store. There’s more lines than ever people literally up to the front door in a line. It’s ridiculous how long I’ve been waiting. The manager of this store should have came and helped this person

Went there to make some flyers and the attendant was an ass and very unhelpful and didnt even seem like he wanted to be there and made me want to get the hell out of there. This was last year maybe November Im guessing. Hopefully he is not there anymore.
