I just switched from AT&T to Metro by T-Mobile based on my neighbors recommendation. So, I went to visit this spot to get a brand new MotoG9 and new service. Heres whats great about this place: 1) Excellent customer service 2) Super helpful, knowledgeable staff. I mean h-e-l-p-f-u-l, as in an immediate greeting when you walk in followed by what can I do for you today? or Ill be with you in a moment (if its busy) or Are you being helped? if the owner walks in and the two staff are busy. Everyone pitches in to serve the customer!. It can get busy, but theres no stress! All customers are acknowledged and the staff do like 3 different tasks at once-- all very well. Theyre on the phone with your old carrier or with T-Mobile, theyre processing payments, they are finding you the best case for your phone, etc. They even helped a guy with an app. He just walked in off the street. They downloaded an update for him...just because! They do it ALL, and they do it professionally. They know the product and the system inside and out.Listen, I work in a large academic organization, with peeps who are supposed to be nice and friendly. But the staff in this little shop are more polite than 3/4 of my colleagues! For real! Cant recommend them enough! Check em out, for sure.
