Its been 70days today my package still in the container. I called the hotline and they said it will arrive like 1st week of august. I send my package may 15 2021. So most probably i will take like 80 days before it will arrive. And the small box become smaller..

Very unreliable service, sent money and told me it will be available in minutes. She did not inform me that its a multi bank which means its a 2 day process, either she doesnt know her job or she lied. Never going to use their service. Zero star if possible.

This shipping company is not good. I sent my package last November and up until now the packages have not been received. It’s already January 3, 2020. The driver lied saying they attemp to deliver but nobody is home, when there’s always somebody in the house. They have been waiting for it. The driver did not even text or call if he really went there to deliver it. When you call their local number in the Philippines, someone will pick up the phone then hang up without saying anything. Therefore you get charged for nothing. I’m really wondering if my packages are still there.

Now I know why it is average of 2 star only in their review! Bad customer service, keep hanging the phone can’t even address my concern. Can’t forward my call to Vallejo snd told me call again! everytime I dialed they keep dropping my call. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve been calling more than 10x still can’t hold with the staff in Vallejo seriously everytime I dialed their number it forwarded to their customer service which can’t even help me and can’t even connect my call to Vallejo. Never call the Vallejo branch you will frustrated like me! Wasted 1 hr of my time just by trying to call ATLAS VALLEJO!

The website states this place does money exchanges. I went there and they refused to exchange my piso currency. I refuse utilize their services. and I use to use them to send money before.

They wouldnt pick up for who knows how long. Ended up calling their Sacramento branch, which picked up it instantly and they sent a message to this branch to answer my call because they didnt pick up boxes from my city.

If this is the so-called foreign exchange business then they dont like black people because I came to exchange some stuff and then shoe me away and told me this is not a foreign exchange place so if so if youre no longer for a foreign exchange office that you should take this down as far as you posting that your foreign exchange and youre not
