The pricing at this store is predatory and mis-leading. The price listed on their Website is NOT the price you will pay on products. You MUST ask them to PRICE MATCH THEIR OWN WEBSITE to get the price that they advertise! This has happened REPEATEDLY at this location. Simple crooks.....and there management wonders why people buy at Amazon....Yes when you are crooked.......people take there business elsewhere. Todays example was $50 over...oh oops.

I want to share that I frequent the Vallejo, CA store x 5 years now. I want to commend the young man running the store now as I believe his name is Romel. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER in my entire time coming here seen the Manager of the store actually WORK!!! He is always on the go and strives to answer as many customers questions as possible. I even visited during the COVID early stages and it was unfortunate he was short staffed. I am sure he has no control over budget given to him to staff adequately. He needs to be acknowledged and I am going to ask him next time I am in there.He has been at the register, copying section, carrying heavy stuff from the back, stocking etc.. He really does a great job I need yo let you all know. Please dont run this Manager away like the others because I have never been happier in these 5 yrs.

I dread heading out on Black Friday as stores are generally a mess so I made sure to head in after the rush and had fingers crossed to find the item I wanted. When I walked into store I was greeted by a friendly employee, she quickly told me where to find all of my items and gave me a sale paper. Being black Friday one of the items on sale wasnt in stock, happily helped me get it ordered online quickly and efficiently. I cant think of an easier shopping experience I have had anywhere recently, will be back!

Good parking and has lots of supplies and equipment available. We wanted a desk on sale as well as a chair. Chair was in and on sale bur desk was not. However they managed to have it delivered next day so was really happy with that. Chair was also on sale but didnt pop up at register, but again, assistance was called and it was corrected right there. Only reason I say ok is more because the atmosphere was not as welcoming as Id like. They were good, but at times almost felt like I was bothering them. When Im paying money for stuff I would like to at least feel welcomed. Saying that, if thats not an isdue for you, they have lots available a will get anything not there in a very timely manner.

Doesnt have as huge a selection, but they dabble in everything ( paper to office furniture) and what they do carry is the best of the best. So limited choices in any particular section, but its only the high quality stuff.

No one is in there when u need them. Very unorganized & no customer service. Employees are clueless & really dnt want to help you. Its never busy & no one is on the floor to help. Josh & Erwin were helpful & had the same information... I bought it Mon & its Thurs. I still cant use it. They put a password on it after having all day Wed. putting the security on it. They didnt tell me there was a password. I missing work.
