I always go to quest for my blood draws the staff is very friendly and patient with you
I wish I had gotta my techs name. He was awesome. Super great at taking blood and very nice. Apologized for the wait (which wasnt long, really) and explained that they were down two people. This guy was quick and painless. Im glad I didnt have someone else. I was there at 645am on Jan 20th 2020.
Very easy check in and totally pain free when I get my blood drawn by one of their technician named Sandra, shes probably the best phlebotomist/technician that ever draw my blood there in 4 years. Its usually hard to find my veins so it can be challenging for someone inexperienced to draw my blood and its a painful one for me for sure. But today, Im really surprised that I didnt feel even a little bit of pinch, it was totally pain free, fast and efficient. Best Lab visit so far.
My fiancé needed to just have blood drawn and we waited over an hour and a half.... we had to miss a very important appointment due to the staff not taking people in. The waiting room got full and over crowded to the point everyone coming in had to stand and wait. Very Un acceptable.
I ALWAYS COME HERE AND THEY NEVER GET BLOOD ... BUT TODAY I WENT AND SHE WAS NICE AND GOT MY BLOOD FAST AND EASY ... SHE MADE ME SMILE.. THANK U CHARISS.. ASK FOR HER .. SHE IS THE BEST...
In an out in 15 mintues... Clarrice got me in 1 stick, barley felt a thing. She is amazing. (Normally, takes them 3 or 4 tries.)
Wait time was not bad.Dont know if new policy or just the small number of tests I needed done, but the blood flow was really slow. I wish every place would be like this! I didnt get light-headed at all!!!They were also able to find my small veins
Made my appointment online, brought my insurance card and identification with lab work papers and was served within three minutes of checking in. Lots of people waiting for walk-in service, I recommend making your appointment online ahead of time.
Staff doesnt know what they are doing. The lady at the counter couldnt figure out how to sign us in and needed to get help. We waited their on a non- busy week day for over an hour and a half just to have blood drawn. To make it worse the technician did a HORRIBLE job drawing blood. She stuck the needle in with out spending time finding a vein, then moved the needle around inside the arm until she found one. Then had to ask for help and do the same thing to the other arm. Unacceptable.
Depsite the fact that Ive made an appointment, Ive been waiting for now going on 40 minutes. To add insult to injury, the staff has been talking about eating lunch. Which in and of itself is not bad, but theyre doing so within earshot of a waiting room full of people that havent eaten for 12 hours. If you have to come here, be prepared to be annoyed and to wait a long time. At least their waiting room is clean.Update: Been waiting for an hour. Turns out the person at the check-in desk accidentally skipped me. This wouldnt normally bother me too much, but when youve been fasting for 12 hours, patience is a little thin.
Front desk lady with glasses is NOT effective. Shes slow and does not help with the check in line when its clear that the patient is struggling (takes more than 2 minutes to complete name/dob/phone number). The check in process is ONE ipad that the elderly have trouble with. So this morning at 7:30, there are 10 people in line- and it takes me 17 minutes to check in when it should take less than 5 minutes.
The lady at the front desk had a very nasty attitude when i come here to have my labs. She uses a large needle to take my blood the last time I was here and that was like she was drilling a hole
Lady was rudy never going back there again ill stick with the napa office
Waited 3 1/2 hours..... Staff didnt seem to know what they were doing... They all were confused and couldnt get paperwork correct... Waste of my off day... I had other things to do!!
Always seems to be a pleasant time
Waiting almost 1 hours still not being seen
Horrible; you could have an appointment and still be waiting an hour plus. My appointment was at 11am and it’s almost 12. They just called a lady who’s name I don’t even see on the board. I asked why I haven’t been called yet and they said it’s because they have short staff, one person working! Why they hell would you be open for business if your facility can’t afford to hire more workers this is crazy. You have people thinking they will be seen and out of there at a certain time If they have an appointment, will think again. This place is always behind and claim it’s because of short staff. I literally hate coming here I never have to wait this long at other facilities.
