Let me start off by saying I rarely come here. the unit belonged to my mother who had a health emergency and is no longer able to walk. After almost 2 years I go to the location and see Brandon is still there. The location was clean. They renovated and we got a new functionable door. There was an issue with getting the keys but since Brandon knew my mother by face, he let me FaceTime her and verified that she was letting me get the keys. You wouldnt find this type of customer service anywhere else. Brandon really cares for the location and I wouldnt have my moms stuff watched over by anyone but him. Thank you Brandon for being so kind and caring during these times. Smartshop I hope you value Brandon as much as my family does. If any of my family needs a storage box I always refer them to Brandon. Keep up the good work

I had my monthly bill on auto pay, my card cc compromised and I received notice. And paid immediately with new card! It happened twice, a couple years apart but they gave me no grace and charged me twice $40 for late charge! Even though I had been on auto pay, never was late for payment in 8 years

I’ve been at this location for awhile now . COVID messed me up finically for awhile and even though I had to pay more for my past due billing . Lisa took care of me . . Once I paid online, bought a new lock ( they cut the old one off ), she went to take there’s off my unit and that was that . NO EXTRA . I don’t like extraaa lol . Her customer service has been great all the way thru, she calls me back when I leave messages & she seems like she really cares about you and your belongings in the storage. I see Brandon every now and then because I don’t go to my storage all the time but he is generally really nice and I’m happy he is that manager for that location . PERIOD

Im leaving this review for Brandon, hes honestly been the best person for the location. I rented from him over 3 years ago and hes still here. The grounds are clean and I never have a problem. But Almost put 1 star but Brandon made the experience better. My sister rented with a Elderly lady who had no clue what she was doing.We never got a code never got a receipt. Within a month there were rodent droppings and urine all over everything in the unit. Chocolate wrappers brought in from another unit by rodents, and furniture completely ruined. If you dont have everything sealed up in plastic bins, or fabric furniture, dont store your things here.

Young Man in office is an angel. Made sure everything worked for me before I left. I bought one of these strong locks too.

I rented here because of Brandon in the office. I live at the mobile home park right around the corner from them and the security is top notch and the hours are great just moved from Public storage and it feels better here. Deff recommendation

The door is a little heavy but other then that facility is clean besides some weeds, but i see the guy always pulling them. manager lives there so no funny business allowed, and i like that. he keeps the place safe.

This company is ridiculous the fees are high, some rodent damage. I feel bad for Branden the manager get no help. Him and John were the only good things about renting here. Security is taken seriously not like PS storage or extra storage, and the hours are what I need because I work in the city. Last I checked John had left the company. Thankful branden is still there.

My aunt passed away and it was a tough time for us. After we got all the paperwork, we found out the door was not functioning since it was not used in 5+ years. Two guys who work there help us and are very kind and considerate. I think Branden is his name.

We just got our stuff out after long-term storage. The place was infested with rodents of multiple shapes and sizes. There was no food of any kind stored. An expensive sofa was completely destroyed and dozens of boxes had holes chewed in them. We havent gone through everything yet, but have discovered ruined and shredded linens and papers. There was urine and droppings everywhere. Mice were jumping out of boxes as we moved them and we saw nice running around outside. Go somewhere else to store your stuff! For what we paid over the last 18 months, our stuff should have been protected better.

Reserve online and get three months half off. With storage costs being so high that was great. Some inconsistencies though: the gate hours say 6 am to 10 pm. The keypad says till nine. I was there at 8:45 and the gate was locked. If I was from out of town I would have been very upset.

According to our Lease agreement facilities closing hours are at 9:55 pm.I have bee asked to leave as early as 8:30 three times for different reasons like the rain or maintenance.etcIf you planning to get a locker at this facility and visiting the place after work like I guess some customers do.Be prepared to be asked to leave place earlier than closing schedule hour for whatever reason.I hope this information be useful somehow this company or the management doesnt honor the lease agreement rules.I forgot to mention our unit door lock latch was broken we reported it immediately and has been a month already no much of a good service regardingSecurity of my valuables but on top of that we have and extra fee for insurance
