Clean building, professional mechanic, and mostImportantly HONEST owner. My vehicle drove so much better after the repairs where completed and I passed my smog test! I will take make cars in for service there from now on. One big plus is that the bathrooms are clean! Yep. I highly recommend their services.

After 2 shops which included a dealership I was contacted by Bob when in desperation I posted about my problem on a social media site. I had the car towed in to the shop. His price was reasonable for diagnosis so I left it there on Friday. On Monday he called and explained what the problem was and said he had to do further examination. I gave him permission to continue and fix whatever was wrong. On Wednesday his shop manager called and told me the car was ready, what the charges were and to come pick it up. When I arrived Bob came out and explained that the problem was and showed me the offending part. He also showed pictures of where the part was located and what additional repairs were needed.This shop is professionally run, reasonably priced and totally able to handle any problems your older car might have. As the owner of a 33 year old sports car I am thrilled to have found my forever mechanic. Highly recommend!!!

I called to have a simple issue checked and whle the guy anwering the phone was pleasant enough, he said the tech refused to entertain even trying to address the diagnostic, due to the fact that he would need to enter a 4 digit code too prevent a security device from preventing the engine from starting. I was happy to pay for this. It would take about 60-90 seconds or so. That is not a can do attitude. Next shop I called said no problem. I guess the owner was out fishing and the people that he left in charge were not too interested trying to manage the business in his absence. A shining example of the American work ethic deterioating yet again.

So happy we found Bob! Such a great experience! He really went over and beyond any other mechanic I brought my car too!

I had an emergency and needed a new battery and belts and it was super fast and taken care of the same day!

This shop attempted to charge me almost $900 to replace a serpentine belt! I am appalled and saddened by this attempt to rip me off. Just sad and disappointing.

Every auto repair shop was telling me 500-800 dollars for a TUNE UP on my truck,I only wanted the plugs changed,and they were trying to say it would take 3 hrs.I knew better.bobs did it for 200 with the parts and had it ready in about an hour and a half.

Only game in town for AC problems. Would Recommend.

My engine died in the highway and I ended up towing the car to Bob’s. Bob was super nice and helpful. I had to leave my car there for a few days and Bob was nice to allow me to leave there instead of towing it back to my place (there was no point in doing that as the car was gone and I wasn’t planning to sell it). Also he put my car in the garage overnight so I also really appreciate that.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOBS MOBIL REPAIR!My car, a 2014 Chevy Cruze (nearly 90,000 miles on it) suddenly started having all these different alerts flashing on the panel (you know, where the speedometer, gas gauge, odometer, etc. are. And there was this nasty smoke coming into the interior of my car (from the engine). I took it to another repair shop first. They had it for a couple of days. Keep in mind, it was very evident that oil was leaking from the manifold. So, I was told that they had determined all of the alerts & radio going off & on & off again...was actually caused by the battery (it was probably the original on. I was told that theyd clean all the oil off the engine, put dye on it & find the leak. They said that there was no leak, but I really needed to replace ALL of the hoses ($1,400) because they were damaged from the leak (the leak theyd just told wasnt there). I ended up paying them about $560. And that was JUST for removing & replacing the Battery & steaming off engine! So, I took mycar to Bob (Bobs Mobil). He fixed the leak (replaced the Manifol Gasket and said I will need to replace a coupleofthe hoses that were damaged by the leaking oil dripping down on them. BUT, he suggested I take my car & just dtive it locally a couple of weeks & bring it back so he can make sure theres no leak. Then, hell tell me which hoses need replacing.Such an honest man & great mechanic! And, he only charged me about $250! And, he actually FIXED my cars problems! Im definitely going back for any & all car problems from now on!

Awesome job as always. Went in because my headlight would not work, I tried trouble shooting in myself but could not get to the bottom of it. They went in and took care of it in a timely fashion. Polished my second headlight for free of charge too. Now both headlights look like new. Thank you!!

Have been taking my car to Bobs for many years. Service & prices clearly explained, never worried about being taken advantage of. I was happy to see that they are an essential business during these uncertain times.

After 3 visits to different Subaru dealerships (and money wasted) in an attempt to fix a troubling issue, Bob’s was able to identify and fix the issue at hand. Darryl was as welcoming as they come, and their mechanic was honest and upfront from the beginning. My new go-to spot for my Subaru.

Not a good experience. I was told by Bob, the owner, that the diagnostic cost, 125 dollars, would probably be waived. It was not. When I asked them at what price point the diagnostic charge is waived, Bob told me they hardly ever do that. The time between the first claim Bob made and the second claim was about three hours. I believe I was deceived, and I will not be giving them any business.

My time was short taking my Saturn Vue in for brake & Lamp inspection. It didnt pass. Mr. Darryl was very helpful. And I enjoyed the german shepherd was so friendly will return.

Update: after the review, Bob called me himself to apologize for what happened and we spoke for almost 20 minutes. He explained the situation and didn’t make excuses. He offered me a free oil change the next time I needed one as a way to win back my business. I do appreciate the thoughtful phone call and that he really cared to win back my business. Most companies wouldn’t care. I will give them a second chance.Guys couldn’t be nicer upon initial call and drop off but can’t comment on their service because I never got it. I called Friday morning to see if I could come in for a brake inspection. I was told to come in Monday morning and they could get me in. I took off work and brought the car in at 8am. I was told there was one in front of me and they’d call me with an update. I hadn’t heard anything so I called to check in at 1pm. Darryl said they were at lunch and I was being looked at as soon as they returned. Then at 3:45pm my fiancé got a phone call (my fiancé has had work done there before even though I called and told them to call me and I brought the car in) saying they weren’t going to even get to look at it today to come get it. I believe they didn’t want to tell me the bad news so they called him instead. Also not sure if it’s because I’m a woman. Sadly this is the world we live in and I can’t help but wonder even though I don’t know. I don’t appreciate it either way as again I specifically said to call me and gave them my number.While they may be a great shop, I’m incredibly disappointed and will not be back. I’m only giving them two stars because they were nice upfront.

Felt very ripped off, didn’t fix the problem which was just a check engine light. Wanted to charge $120 for a smog check when I had a brand new one in my hand. Spent $500. For nothing still had the same problem we went in with.

So I have left a great review in the past but I believe that was b4 Bob got desperate. So took my Cadillac in to bob for a diagnosis found out it was my fuel injectors. Supposedly he cleaned them out which ok cool so Darryl calls to let me know its ready and gives me the grand total alright so then I get down there and its 100$ more than what Darryl told me 10 mins ago funny style 4 real I no longer trust them and will not return for anything. Sad because I had plan on bring my 64 chevy c10 for them to do work on but that changed after that episode swindlers 4 real

Totally honest and ethical.Many of our friends have the same experience. My 2001 Chevy with 450,000 miles on it loves them. 👍 my wife’s newer Ford Escape loves the price for routine service. Meets all warranty requirements of the manufacturer, saves a lot of money.

Broke down on the 80 on new years day. Got a tow and left the car at the shop with a note. Rang the next morning to see if they could do anything to help. Car fixed within an hour of call. Really great staff, fair and honest pricing. Great service.

2 cars worked on:a Toyota camry running poorly, wellestablished tlre & automotive parts &repair shop wanted to much $$$$ toreconnect a wire, took it to Bobs MobileI was charged the diagnosis price..then a major wheel drive problem onmy Toyota sienna, brought in on Mondayafternoon, able to to pick-up & driven byTuesday noon. the price affordable.Service manager and mechanic were onsync.
