Not helpful. Obvious, they didnt care about doing body work on my car, through Liberty Mutual insurance company, because is wasnt going to be costly enough for them to make a worthwhile profit. Poor, poor, poor customer service. Rude and made me wait an extended period just to return my keys, so I could leave their lot.

My car needed an exterior repair and it was covered by my insurance. I went to pick up my car today and Asia helped me. She was very nice, she came in on her day off because I was unable to pick up my car the previous day. However, extremely unprofessional experience. The blatant lack of interpersonal skill training was something I could over look. But I expressly told Asia that my insurance covered my deductible a couple times. I was in a hurry to get to work because I live an hour away and needed my car ASAP. I did not have time to argue with her so I paid the $500. I later called my insurance to double check and they said they had send over their $500 6 days prior and that there was a note in my file both on their end and a note was made at Caliber. I was shocked that I had just cashed out $500 for absolutely no reason. I understand making mistakes, especially silly mistakes which I make all the time, but this was not a mistake. Asia actively ignored me, did not bother to check after I told her my insurance set over the money. This is not forgivable, I am a college student and work pay check to pay check and am extremely worried I will now not make rent this month. This was gross and negligent. EXTREMELY upset and hope she learns from this experience because this was very easily avoidable and completely careless on her part.

They did a good job repairing a damaged bumper. Hassle free and friendly, competent service. They are on the top of my list for this type of work.

They were fast and professional. I received daily updates via text message, so I wasn’t left wondering what stage my vehicle was in, or when it would be finished. Also a major plus, they cleaned the car inside and out so when I picked it up she was all repaired and clean and shiny!

Took my vehicle here for repair. Very nice people. I was very distraught, they helped me to calm down,answered all my questions and works with my insurance. Assured my they would keep me informed every step of the way.

It turned out my car was totaled, so I can’t speak to their quality of workmanship. The customer experience was excellent. They did an excellent job at appraisal, and communicated really well at each step of the process. They also helped coordinate with enterprise for my rental car. If I ever need body work done again, these guys will be the first ones I go to.

I was told to pick up my vehicle an then got there after turning in my rental. To run back an forth across the dangerous road with my son. That I cant pick it up. If your car is ready that means you have all insurance details worked out also. So I had to walk home 4 miles with my son who has asthma took a hour an a half to get home. Worst experience in my life. Thank you Solano collision for your effort an completing this. I took the day off from work. Dont ask me for no survey. Enterprise, Geico, are Solano collision. I work for a dealership we would never inconvenience a customer like this.

I was given great service from Justin Chandler, however my check engine light was never on prior to the accident that sent me to this body shop, it so happens it came on 20 mins after picking up my car, wanted to come right back to get it check out and was told the mechanics are to busy to just check a car that they worked on less than 1hr ago. My car is riding terrible and I am still waiting for it to be looked at.

Prompt appraisal for my car, kept me informed on the progress and picked up on time. The workmanship was excellent, if you body work done go there and they will treat you right.

They honest with you

This place overcharges for an estimate. I took my vehicle to Solano Collision (and two other collision shops) and Solano was the highest estimate and most expensive. Saved over $1000 dollars by avoiding this business. If youre paying for the repair (not your insurance company) it pays to get at least 3 estimates.
