My mother stayed here for a year and completely loved it. Shes only moving to get more space since she has grand children but other then that Whitney the new Manager on site is great. Whitney is turning that property around. Youll enjoy your stay.

The water in this complex is turned off for 24 hours the Management didnt tell the residents that the water will be turned off. I mean think about that the water is off during a Pandemic this is shameful they act as if no one is working well. Im working like most people who are essential workers but the Management who manages this place dont care about the residents. If they did care I wouldnt be writing this message maintenance never called back left a message over two hours ago this is very shameful. I wish these people who run this place would get serious but I doubt it get some real people in the office who cares about those who live here .

Living there was great had no issues all the neighbors were all so friendly, but the staff is not great at anything. They can’t ever answer the phone always giving the run around and it’s been two months since we moved out and still they are giving me the run around for my deposit. We moved out 11/15/19 and today 01/08/20 still nothing. I call and get out on long holds or they tell me they will call me back and nothing. This is so frustrating!!!

4.5 stars. A nice place to live. I recommend this place. The area Im in is quiet. The manager and staff are very personable and attentive to the needs of the residents. New gym equipment make it nice to work out. The grounds are kept nice. There are washer/dryer units that conserve water and energy. The one-bedroom is small however is very cozy. There is no recycling --would be very nice to have in such a large complex.

I dont really understand how some residents here dont seem to be happy with how the office is run here. Ive been living for a year and a half and people that run this place has been of excellent service. Reminders were consistent and follow ups were do to check if everything was OK! The office here is always avalable to any questions, especially Jackie that takes her time to answer all my questions and inquiries, she made sure that everything was going right. I did not expect to be closer with the employees here but they are just really awesome. Keep up the good work and dont change anything. You guys are perfect.

Staff was really welcoming and friendly. The community seems quiet and safe. I will consider applying after i finish with my apartment search.

The staff was so professional, Jacky helped me with great information on this beautiful community to make a decision to find the perfect home for me and my family. I would recommend this community to any one in seek of a safe peaceful place to call home.

Id give this place no stars but my post cannot be postes. Made a mistake on signing the lease for 1 yr. My mans motorcycle got stolen, there are homeless people dumpster diving when I leave for work in the morning. The people in the office are so freaking RUDE and DO NOT take care of the residents.
