Customer service was excellent but the white Wood finish 2 blinds are always out of stock. 3 trips and there is still only one available.

Great Store Ms. Dee at the Customer Service desk is the hardest working employee in the store! She deserves a raise! Other employees just kept walking by while she did all the work while I was waiting for my pick up order! They need a dedicated person in in the Lumber department.

Man this place has really went down hill. The aisles are hard to get through and store overall is really junky. It could use a deep cleaning. I know it’s hard to find good help but man the service is horrible. I should know better by now to go the the Moultrie store or to Lowe’s. At least you get a discount with their credit card

Ordered a mini fridge online, picked in up, took it home and found it was damaged. Called and reported it. Customer service was EXCELLENT! Returned to the store, to the CS desk, new fridge was waiting. CS rep opened it and showed it to me, PERFECT and loaded it up it. Fast, friendly, professional!! Thank you HOME DEPOT TEAM!!

DO NOT EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ODER ANY APPLIANCE FROM HERE EVER. I ordered and paid for a stove/oven over 2 months ago and Home Depot was too incompetent and lazy to deliver the product in a timely fashion and the customer service representatives are unable to even locate the product. I promptly cancelled my order, but Home Depot refused to refund the $800 that was stolen from me by not delivering upon the product I purchased. Fortunately I made the purchase using a credit card and was able to alert Chase Bank of the fraudulent activity Home Depot was conducting.Arthur Blanks company performs about as well as his football team does in the super bowl. Do yourself a favor and take your business to Lowes.

I wish I could give separate reviews for this location versus the delivery service that handles this locations appliances. The local employees are great. My problem is with the delivery and hallway service. They say theyre going to call half an hour before they arrive, they dont. When they finally got here, over a month later than the local salesman said it would be delivered, One of them started just walking around our house aimlessly and the other one realized after taking our old dryer out that he didnt have the products that he needed to install the new one. Then the two individuals loaded up the new washer and drove away leaving the old dryer in the middle of my laundry room. Very unprofessional and very hard to deal with.

Everytime I go into a Home Depot location I am greeted and asked if I need assistance. When I do need assistance it is by someone who seems to know what they are doing or they find someone to fulfill your request. Unlike the counterpart store that never seems to have knowledgeable staff nor friendly. I lo e this store chain and have chosen to drive well out of my way in order to receive customer service.

Average Home Depot, but with above average staff. I was in the garden area looking for a new large flower pot and soil and was offered assistance 3 times, even though I was only in the store about 10 minutes. I didnt need assistance but its very nice to be asked!

Went in with my husband, the man working the plumbing section was very helpful! He helped us make sure we picked all the right pieces for my husbands job. The store was clean and we were in and out in no time.

Ordered a simple toilet from Valdosta Home Depot over a month ago. Showed in-stock and shipping from Locust Grove GA. Waited a couple of weeks and called about our toilet. Said it had arrived in Lake Park GA and was waiting to be delivered to the retail store (10 min away). LOST IN TRANSIT!!! Reorder the same toilet, get emailed that it has finally been delivered to the retail store and ready for pickup only to be told it was lost in transit yet again. Asked to speak to the store manager on the phone and the employee didnt know who it was

In their early days Home Depot taught employees that if a customer left without everything they needed they had failed.Over the years they have become the Walmart of building supplies with a good selection but stocking only the common fast moving (higher profit) items.Today Im looking for various hardware for a project. I find more and more often a trip to Home Depot means a trip to two stores. Once again, this trip I couldnt get everything I needed. They have a fair hardware section for common items but I was surprised that they have no roll pins / spring pins. So on to another store. First I need to put back all this other hardware Ive gathered up. Ill get it all at one place.Tractor Supply had it all and a much better selection of general hardware. I guess theyll be my new go-to for hardware.

I used to shop here every day as a multiple property owner cus I bleed orange but the service has gotten so bad walk around the store for mins to have garden associates helping In hardware asm needs to be called for everything because nobody can make executive decision regarding markdowns, one cashier on top of the key machine and self check out, not the same homedepo I worked for 5 years that put customer service first, issues with getting cash returns with recipe ID and everything,a next day return needs a asm approval because Catleen cant make a executive decision regarding 60$.... On a person that is in homedepo everyday spending hundreds. I hope this gets to the DM because now I see why less and less people shop at homedepo and why Lowes is always packed

We ordered a washing machine with delivery and haul-away. Delivery was to be 3 WEEKS LATER during a specified 4-hour window. On the delivery date, the appliance was never delivered. The delivery guy put in the notes that there was no one at home. We were home for the entire day, anxiously awaiting our new washing machine, since we have not had a working one in a month. The Home Depot appliance shipping department said there was nothing they could do but have it redelivered in another 3 weeks. We cancelled the order and went with the competitor.

Everyone was very helpful in finding the right part. In fact Michael went above and beyond to find it at another hardware store. Would shop here again.

Very clean and organized Home Depot. The staff here do seem exceptionally help when compared to many of the stores in the Atlanta area I have been to. Dont know if this is due to small-town hospitality or what but a nice place to shop.

Id have to say its a pretty nice store, no hassle in the contractor check out, plenty of cashiers, the selection seems pretty good for laminate flooring. My only reservation is they have no stair nose for the laminate flooring, youve got to order it special. And then youve got to wait. And who wants to wait? should have at least one in stock of some kind or color. But other than that lots of nice people.

Several of the employees were rude and not helping customers. Item was listed as available on website but had none when I went to the store. Only saving grace was the nice lady at the register. She definitely deserves a raise.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE. Ordered appliance, paid for it in full, scheduled delivery (3-4 weeks out - no problem there since this was disclosed upfront). the day before received phone call to know what time it would arrive, took off work to be present and........... NO DELIVERY or call to let me know they were not going to make it becase.... the appliance didnt arrive at the warehouse... really you know when you started loading your delivery truck that you would not make that specific delivery but didnt bother to tell the customer. I wasted 5 hours off work to find out that now, I have to wait for another week and.... take off work for another 5 hours.... really. WOW, well its not like I have to work or anything. I can just take off when I want and dont have to work and my pay check will be there.Main issue is all it would have taken them is 5 minutes to call me and let me know that they were not able to deliver that day and I would have stayed at work and continued with my day.look for appliances somewhere else that care about their customers. EXCLUSIVE ENTERPRISE (third party delivery company) does not care about their customers because they still got paid.

I bought 2 very comparable lights, one from Lowes, the other from Home Depot. I chose Home Depots light because it was $9 cheaper, higher lumens, and higher CRI. I still prefer everyday shopping at Lowes because of their military discount, and personable checkout process. At Home Depot, there were 3 employees loitering by the registers, herding people into self checkout.

The first person I met upon entering directed me to where I needed to go. The man in the area was very helpful even getting a ladder to climb up and get what I needed from the upper shelf. I highly recommend this place.

They have a lot more items that Lowes. I was shopping for a new light buld for our Kitchen and they have a bigger selection than Lowes here in Valdosta.However shop online just in case

It was a great shopping experience. I bought a walk behind weed eater on line to pick up at the store. On the way to the store I received my text that my order was ready. I pulled into the curbside pickup, called them, they had my merchandise out to me in 5 minutes, loaded it up and was gone in less than 10 minutes. Over all a great way to shop.

Customer service in desperate need of help. I went into my local Valdosta store to get parts for a faucet repair. After finding no one to help on the floor I went to the customer service desk staffed by four employees and stood there being ignored for several minutes even though there was only one customer ahead of me at the desk. I was finally acknowledged by a young man at the desk who called for assistance from someone in plumbing but to no avail. I promptly left and won’t be returning. I’m done spending my time and money in the “Big Box Stores” and won’t be returning ever again to any Home Depot!!

Home Depot has friendly staff and have people that are very knowledgeable when it comes to repair and home improvement.Theyve helped my roommate and I replaced a valve on our toilet by getting one of their employees who has a background in plumbing help is purchase the correct items and walk us through the installation before we left.I am definitely grateful for that.

Even though Home depot is a big box store, youll find that they carry just about everything that has to do with home repairs, to gardening, to building your new home. Their pricing reflects our economy, they arent the highest priced stores, or the least, but average for the locale. Their Stock covers the full spectrum of home repairs to building new. Depending on what you need, I would recommend calling the store to find out if they have what you need, before making the trip.

I had received at least 5 emails to come and pick up a grill I had ordered the previous day. I purposely waited until 5:30pm the next day to go and pick it up. After getting their I shopped around for a while getting other item to go along with my new grill. The guy at the counter was nice, he raidoed for some one to bring the grill to the front while I waited I went to grad another item. Now I have about $150 in extra items just to be told ( your grill is still in box and wont be ready until maybe Tuesday of next week, but your welcome to take it and put it together yourself.) Great way to roll into fathers day.

Came from an hour away to pickup some more Milwaukee tools and a 50 gallon Husky tool chest. Upon arriving I could not understand why the price online was dramatically less than in store.
