Brian has been our property manager for a couple of years now. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, our house has never been without a renter lined up to move in, even before previous renters move out! This is a HUGE relief for us as we are a military family, and as you can imagine, it’s difficult for us to be heavily involved with our home. Brian stays on top of any issues our renters may have, always keeps us in the loop, and handles everything in a very timely matter.

First off, I am not the type to complain nor complement, I prefer to just pay my rent and be. I never like to post things of negative impact for anyone, but if I did not do so in this instance, I would be providing the next tenant the ability for the next tenant to endure a uch a negative impact. So in efforts to allow others to avoid my frustration and stress from this move, I bequeath the following knowledge and experience...Of the 7+ rental companies used during my 10+ year tenure as a home renter, I must award In Touch Properties - Exit Realty of Valdosta, GA the Worst Customer Experience Award along with Worst Rental Company of Valdosta. Never have I moved in to such a horribly taken care of home. I feel real sorry for the owners of this home. Once they replaced 20+ bulbs that were missing/burnt out when I moved in, I requested they replace all the broken blinds, fix door knobs that were broken, and much more. The last thing someone moving wants to deal with is the rental company, and begging them to do their job. Employee transitions and whatever else is no excuse. I will just give them back their broken home at the end of the lease, and at least I can say I dont have to worry about cleaning/fixing/mowing and whatever else when i move out. Giving it back as I received it. I even asked for a second page on my preinspection list for all the items I had to write down. After that, I had to pay someone to mow the 36 tall grass because I couldnt do it with my push mower after they said it could be done, then I noticed many other deficiencies of the home. Spilled candle wax all across the carpet, wax even spilled over the walls, but dont worry, its hard to see because they just painted over it. Childrens crayon drawings across the walls and garage, telephone wires protruding from walls, leaking faucets, stopped up drains, and even cable wires strung across the yard from whichever lazy contractors they supplied for their jobs. After all that and the repair contractors were gone, the lockbox with my house key in it still sits on my garage door 3 months after the fact. These people do not care at all. If I were a renter or homeowner looking in Valdosta to rent, I would suggest Lincoln Realty or Herndon, the others I have no experience with. But stay away from this one.Everyone gather around to congratulate In Touch Propeties of Valdosta on providing the worst rental tenant experience and worst rental company in South GA/North FL of 2017!Youre welcome.
