I did two interviews and came in the office gave them my I.D they came back calling and texting me saying they didn’t get my I.D, Ask me to work a one day job because it would look good on my resume, woke up that morning having car problems had to take my car to the shop. And they decided to texts me unprofessional texts messages as why I’m looking for another job while their looking for one. I question them bout the texts they decide to get mad and Mr. Trips goes saying I’m in the wrong for looking for another job….

I was hung up on after having a conversation with one of the employers about my resume. Clearly it was a mistake on my resume I did not catch up on and she said that they will no longer consider me for employment because of a mistake on my resume. Got my bf a job here. He went to several didnt sites for employment. Expressed messed up his checks every week. Went to a.different site waited and looked around for some assistance and was left with no.answe. finally got.in touch with express they told me to take my butt back to the site very ride when communicating and and never got paid for showing up on time

If I could I will give zero stars.I’ve worked with this office in Florida before and never had a problem they were legit professionals over there. I can’t say the same for Valdosta. The staffing agency is called express employment professionals at this point they will need a new name because the staff there in that small Valdosta office were not professional. It Looks like it is being run by two unexperienced young ladies. With lack of professionalism. I felt judged the whole time I was there. Never going back.

Katinka and that staff are very unprofessional.. set me up for failure!! Worked all year though pandemic around sick people and all.. Terrible staff..No help at all.. I hope she sees this cause she knows!!

If I could give 0 star to this company I would. Went in for an interview and gave the job I had plenty of experience for, to someone who was wearing hoodie and holy pants to the interview. Not just that, but they call you and belittle you for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. Katinka was the rudest among them, she acts like runs that place and everyone is beneath her. But she fails to realize that, its the workers she’s employing that is giving her a paycheck. She also snoops through the people she employs social media, and than belittles them when they come to get their checks or paperwork’s. I don’t even understand why they haven’t removed her or gone out of business. Horrible management and interview process.

First off,I worked for this company for 6 months and the staff was ok but then in June, I ate something that didnt agree with my stomach,so because I have actually interview with the company I wasnt aware that, they were available 24/7, I actually received my job only because they had called for my husband and they had already gave him a job,so I thought ok, Ill go because I cause we needed the money, anyway back to what I was saying my stomach was mess up bad so I message her to let her know and she gave me the ok, then at 8.30 am I receive a saying I was clock in and then explained what had happened and then KaTinka gets smart and tells me that I dont work for them and before I go in I said no let me call and then she KaTinka said we will text if you are on the schedule and I havent been for two weeks. Not professional at all.

Very bad experience. I came to Express looking for work. At first, I was sure I was going to get the help I needed to find work. I knew what job I wanted before applying. I let express know where I was looking for work. I also told them I was currently employed. My meeting/Orientation with Express was four hours from testing on a computer to filling out paperwork. The very next morning I was called by Express while I was at work at 9:10am 10 min before my first break. Express left a message saying weve found you work at place you wanted. I was so excited. I called Express back 10 minutes later for them to tell me they had filled that position already 10 minutes before I called them back. I was asked would I prefer a text instead when something else comes up I said that would be fine. That very next day I had received a text from Express while at work again around the same time letting me know they had found work for me. This time I really wasnt as excited as I were before because what could they have thats better than the first offer I thought to myself. I responded to that text immediately with a phone to Express for them to tell me they had just filled that position as well. At this point I was so done with Express. Express knew all they needed to know about me because I told them. I told them my work hours so they knew Id be working during those times they tried contacting me. Why give a job I wanted away when I told you I was interested??????

They will stereotype you based off your past work history. I was told we cant move forward cause of my past work history and the GM told me to go find a car detailing job smh

The staff already have a job so the hell with you and your job search. They Criticize your job history and try to belittle you with their nonchalant attitude. They never return phones calls and act like they dont remember talking to you. Ive never felt so bad looking for a job until I tried Express. Word of advice, be patient and look somewhere else seriously!

The process started off very welcoming and sincere. I spoke with Katinka and based on our conversation, I was initially very hopeful. I was trying to attain an IT job. I did my due diligence and called in/stopped in for updates a few times a week. I was only able to get in contact with Katinka 1 time(on the initial interview). after 3 weeks the receptionist tells me(after i called them mind you) that they cannot verify some of my work history and there is nothing they can do for me. When I asked about what work history they cannot verify, they would not tell me. I expressed that if this was a problem in the beginning they could of called me and asked me additional questions to help verify the work history. They did not want to attempt to allow me to give additional information to aid in the process. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is due to my great first impression, but everything after that was like they did nothing to help me find a position. I halted my job search with other companies due to me not wanting to be double submitted for a job(they wont tell you the client they are submitting you for). When telling them this concern they said to go ahead and submit myself anyway to anything, even though any job search information you can find says never to submit double applications. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth for this company. If you are looking for an IT position I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH EXPRESS. They will not communicate with you until they have wasted your time and then not try to do anything to fix the problem.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Express has helped me find a great job that I am now a full time employee at. I would recommend them to anyone, especially those who work hard! Thank you Express for all that you have done for me.

It is TERRIBLE. It has been over a month since I went in. I was told I was set up for an phone interview the next day. I never received a call. I have been calling them multiple times a WEEK and they still are giving me the run around. I do not recommend this company

Helped me find a permanent job in my career field at a great place

I went here on a Friday and was hired that next Tuesday. Ive only had one other experience in the past with a staffing agency, and it was horrible. I really believed that staffing agencies were a crock of bull. But after resigning from my previous job, I panicked and went to Express. I honestly couldnt be happier. I had nothing to hide and everything to gain! I went in, filled out an application, interviewed that same day, took a couple of tests and just waited....albeit I didnt have to wait for long! They WANT to get you hired, its why theyre in business.

Express is full of it. Don’t waste your time go to team temps . I’ve worked for them a couple times and they never paid me for neither time!

The staff members here are very helpful. They have jobs readily available.

I really think highly of Express Employment Professionals, Valdosta, GA. The staff they have is awesome. They really take care of their associates and they go above and beyond to get you back to work. These people have big hearts and really care about their associates. Out of all temporary employers, Express Pros is where to be!!!

Waste of time

I had anesthesia on a Tuesday for a bone marrow biopsy went in on a Friday for a drug test and failed it because I thought the drugs wouldve been out my system but they werent. Anyway, Tetinka rudely refused to look for work for me again ( never found me work even after a yr )and didnt care to see any proof as to my claim as to still have the drugs my doc administered in my system which caused me to fail. Tetinka was rude and not at all understanding. She acted as if I wasted her time for a whole yr jeez. Guess she didnt want proof b/c this failed drug test was her excuse as to why they couldnt find me a job in a whole yr smh. Anyway, I wouldnt recommend this company b/c it takes them forever to find you a job if they ever do and they are very unprofessional ( scheduling 15 ppl interviews aka drug tests lol at the same time and having only 8 seats in the room and making ppl wait hrs before being seen).

Waste of time going here. IF they find you a job theyll first screw you over in pay, and dont trust anything they say. Actually, if they find you a job just keep your mouth shut or they will fire you for no reason, pretend to find you another job, and actually just screw you over in the end.Thanks for nothing, and take that professionals part out of your name.
