Dropped of my PS4 and was called less than an hour later that the issue had been fixed. The technician said he did some preventative work on it to help the console last longer and cooler without even having to ask. Super friendly staff and awesome work ethic. I was charged for less than what I was quoted even though the quote was still reasonable. Very happy with the repair.

Bought my iPhone XR here secondhand in February, as well as got a screen protector installed as well. Almost 7 months later & the screen protector looks brand new & the phone still works amazingly. Very nice service & everything is exactly as they say it is. Will definitely buy my next phone here as well as get another screen protector installed if needed here. I would also trust them to repair anything I needed them too.

I needed to replace my cracked screen. I have insurance through my carrier but they were requiring me to send out my device VIA mail for $29 to have the repair completed. I called Mr fix It and was able to get in immediately, have the phone repaired in 30 minutes, and it only cost me $37. Though the store was very busy everyone was very polite and efficient. I will be using them again!

Great work, its like I cant tell my phone screen has even been replaced. They were done with my phone when they said would be. Definitely worth the time and money for the quality work and great customer service. I will be going back with my other damaged electronics and will recommend them.

My laptop screen was broken and Best Buy estimated it’d be between $200-400 dollars and it would take a few weeks to fix which would’ve been too long because I need my laptop for classes, but I took it to Mr. Fix it and they fixed it in a day and it was only $150! I would highly recommend them to anyone! They were very professional and kind!

We have an ASUS laptop and the charger quit working, bought several universal chargers and none worked. This laptop is the mainstay of our business so we really needed a charger that worked.I remembered Mr. FIXIT and once there went inside. My husband got his phone screen replaced here, within a week of having the new screen it stopped working and wouldn’t allow him to press anything. Then the screen popped off. He went to get a refund and they said that the damage is to significant MIND YOU THIS PHONE WASN’T EVEN DROPPED. Someone in line behind him said they had the same thing happening. They said they’d only offer a discount but, not refund the money. Waste of 150 bucks.

The refurbished products are as good as new and at an affordable pricing.

When i took my daughters phone to Mr Fix-It, i really thought it would be a big deal to fix it ... but the guy i spoke with made it sound so easy and like it was not a big deal at all. I didnt take it in until around 415 but i was told the store opened at 10 and i could pick it up. The phone has worked perfectly ever since. I have been impressed!

Today was my very first time doing business with them! I was so upset after finding out my computer screen was broken due, to the fact that I’m currently in school taking a computer class and needed my lap top ASAP! Great place to fix your phone and or screen. Service people are knowledgeable and quick. No high pressure salesman tactics- they let you decide what suits you best. They repaired my iPad screen which was severely damaged in the process they damaged my home button but replaced it. They claimed to have called me I didn’t get a call had to call them. Nobody told me that my Touch ID qualities would never work again with replacement home button, I am very displeased with that I called to get a refund for damage that they caused they offered the 30 for the home button which I agreed to. It’s been over a month I still haven’t received that refund at this point I don’t care it’s was just a 30 bucks they couldn’t even stand by. I will never do business with them again. All in all, great work but they are not very remorseful.

Had screen replaced on iPad 4 months and 9 days ago. Were to put a 2nd protective screen over new face that carried a lifetime warranty. Paid additional $99. for it. All was good until July 27th. I noted my iPad had a 4” or so split. Took to store on Bemiss for repair. Was told there was no protective over screen protector. The counter man had to make 6 trips to rear of store for answers to my questions. I was told this iPad was 9 days out of warranty and they would not do any repair. Okay .... rules are rules. Let me finish by saying I am a 64 year old man and the iPad in question is in a Otter Box protector. This pad stays on end table in den and NEVER is anywhere else......... I basically have (2) complaints ..... 1st is I paid for a protective screen that was never applied. 2nd is 9 days out of warranty ... really, but that’s okay. So unprofessional.....

I probably spent 200 dollars in all to fix my phone. Every time I got it back there was something wrong with it. The last time I took it up there was for my camera, I have already took it up there two times before that for the same reason. Got my phone back from the last time and I could not talk speaker stop working and my CAMERA still dose not work. 😤

I had taken my Windows computer to them after having trouble getting it to boot and trying to fix it myself without success. Not only were they honest and called me to say that it was booting fine for them, they said it was no charge due to the fact that the work that I thought was needed was no longer needed. They checked everything out and made sure everything worked, as well as making sure Windows was up to date. Next time I have a computer problem I will definitely call them.

Very upset. I had my daughters screen repaired less than 3 weeks ago. They claim to offer a 90 day warranty. When I call because the screen is cracked underneath the screen protector they sold me. Now the manager says there is nothing they can do. I can just pay to have the screen replaced again!

The people are nice, but I would not recommend getting your phone fixed here, they make it seem as if the glass protector and glass are very durable with the video they have in the lobby, but the truth is that it is not. A week after getting my phone fixed it fell out of my pocket on to a marble floor, my phone then cracked and shattered the glass under the screen protector. I tried to take it to them to fix but apparently faulty screens are not in the 90 day warranty. It was a complete waste of $120. Never again.

The location on Norman Drive really helped me out. The fixed my phone within a couple hours and it’s as good as new! Very helpful and down to Earth staff.

My battery in my Motor Droid went bad and swelled up cracking the glass, brought it to Steve and he ordered a new glass and battery, it took about ten days. I was able to use my phone with the bad battery and cracked glass during the the week. When the parts came in I brought my phone and within a couple of hours it was repaired. Just like new. So, I called the local Mr Fix it in Valdosta for a price quote to replace my cell phone glass screen. While on hold, their recording stated that they do Competitive price matching. When the technician came on the line, I asked for a quote. He stated that it would be $200. When I inquired about their recording offering Competitive price matching and gave him my other quote for $149, he said well we definitely cannot do that. When I asked why, he stated that their cost for the parts would not allow them to do the repair for that price. I asked him why their recording stated that they did and then he said well, it depends on the item. He said that they normally explain that when they actually talk to the customer. So then I said So, you deliberately mislead your customers? His response was no, we dont do it deliberately. Dont think I can trust these folks.

Very quick service but prices are high and then fixes last for only a few days. I had my phone fixed there on thursday and the screen cracked with no drops or extreme pressure applied to the device.

I wont go to anyone else with my frequent iPhone repair needs. I am a repeat customer who has always been satisfied with the service, staff and price. A good service is always worth paying the extra money to avoid having to do it yourself, especially if you are like me and do not have the patience or time to disasseble and properly reassemble a smart phone.

My laptop Ausus was repaired for technical issues(virus-related)within 2 days. In the same day, I brought my HP laptop for a minor physical repair issue, due to my negligence, and was completed within 4 minutes .The service was quick and the store is well organized.
