My iPhone is 4 years old. I’ve nursed it for 2 years as it will no longer hold a charge. I started Shopping for a new one. But they are so expensive and I couldn’t narrow it down and really love my phone except for the battery. The last 2 months have made so I could No longer put it off. Then I happened to read an article that said I could replace the battery. I figured it was worth a try. Sure ent! Me Fix it was quick, professional and very affordable. I highly recommend them. We have plan to take a lap top to them for work.

I went in to get my phone screen replaced as it was cracked and gradually got worse over a course of a few months. When I arrived I was told it would be an hour till my phone was fixed. I sat down and about 20 minutes later it was done! I even asked some questions regarding my phone and problems that occurred once my screen had first cracked and the associate checked it out, and even cleaned out my speakers for me, making my phone three times louder and answered all my questions without hesitation. Associates here really seem to know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and are very kind with customers. Pricing for fixing is very cheap! Although cases are heavily overpriced.

Josh is the best! I brought in my iPhone a few months ago. Service was fast, straight forward, and so friendly! I was really nervous about bringing my phone to anyone for repair, but he patiently answered all my questions. Update: Gadson (the owner) contacted me immediately after this review wanting to make this situation right. He sent someone to my daughters job in adel to pick up her phone and took it to the bemiss store. it couldnt be repaired but he made it right with her and she is now happy with her new phone. i am very pleased with how Gadson handled this situation. so i will retrack my review and will use Mr. Fix it again if i need to. Thank you Gadson for going above and beyond with this situation.Im only giving one star because I have to. My daughter took her phone to have the screen replaced because it was cracked. They changed out her screen with a new one, before the end of the day the phone had a mind of its own. It would open apps, close apps, call people, etc without her touching the phone. She took it back up there because they have a 90 day warranty. They changed out the screen with a new one and the phone is doing the same thing except now the navigation on the screen isnt working. They also didnt install the screen properly because it is separating from the phone itself. They are refusing to make it right and repair her phone correctly so it will work as designed. She paid the requested amount the first time for a now non working phone that they fixed, and now without a phone and out of her money. I would not recommend Mr. Fix it ever until they make this right.

I recommend not choosing Mr. Fixit for a screen repair. I visited the store on Norman Dr. in Valdosta Ga. They repaired my screen and In my opinion gave it back in worse condition than when I gave it to them. I personally had a screen repair on an iPhone 7 Plus and my screen color has a much darker tint now . I even went back for a second visit to address the problem and it still remained the same. The screens they use are very cheap in quality. The 3D Touch feature is also affected when you have your screen replaced by Mr.Fix it. Overall I had a very unpleasant experience at Mr. Fix it. Definitely Do not recommend.
