I had an appointment today as soon as he walked in my home first thing he said is that he don’t know if he can get the stain up off my carpet and then wanted to try to see if my carpet is going to come clean with foam and a rag and kept stating that he wanted to let me know that before he start cleaning and I may not like if the carpet doesn’t come clean. I stated to him that he don’t have to clean my carpet because if you coming in my house stating that to me then you don’t need to clean my carpet. I never had anyone to come in my home and tell me that they don’t know if they could get the stains up out my carpet or not. Until I called Steve Chem the first carpet man that ever told me that he may not can clean my carpet .He didn’t want to do the job so I suggest not to use him and someone referred me to him. Steve setup an appointment with us. We went out of our way to make sure we were home. 90 minutes before the appointment, we emailed Steve to confirm. Sadly, Steve did not keep the appointment. Neither did he call or email to reschedule.
