First and foremost they tell you exactly what they coming in to do and they go beyond what they should be doing they make sure your house is left tidy clean very professional very friendly and if you have any questions they were glad to assist you with letting you know everything that’s going on they even help you with talking with the insurance companies there was even willing to come back to assist me with putting everything back together they treat you like family I enjoyed that a lot we had a great conversation gave me tips on how to avoid stuff in the future they come in on your time whatever is comfortable for you I found it to be excellent seeing as what I do for a living they did it in a timely manner I will recommend anyone to call Oh yeah they even took out my rug and had a thing for me I really appreciate them if you want some great cleaning call them ASAP I would use them again and again

They agreed to do a weekly cleaning of my place of employment, kept getting excuses about why they couldn’t show or scheduling conflicts (when they did answer) until they quit responding. They showed 2 times in the 2 months we gave them for weekly service. Completely unreliable and poor customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone wanting a reputable and reliable service.

It’s hard to explain just how good it felt to arrive home after a long day at work -with both of our children ready for dinner - and realize that the house was so clean I had to take pictures and send them to my wife. I didn’t have to pick up clothes or toys or dishes to get the evening routine started. Even if it’s just once a month or once every two weeks it is an absolute treat! Their staff is professional and efficient. Our area rugs haven’t looked that good since the day we bought them. We can’t wait for them to come back

I’ve used Maid Valet twice while moving out and they are fantastic. No doubt the best cleaning service in Valdosta. They quickly cleaned the home top to bottom both times resulting in no additional charges from two rental companies. They even told me that if the rental company inspection found an element of the cleaning sub-par that they would come back without charge. Professional and backing up their work, no complaints at all.

The cleaners did an outstanding job. The cleaning service was a birthday gift from my boyfriend. My house was pretty clean when they arrived and I didnt need all of the services he paid for. They were professional/ethical enough to refund him some of his money.I would recommend them to others.

Weve used Maid Valet twice in the past two years and they get the job done. If youre moving out, do it with enough time to be fully out because they are going to clean from ceiling to floor and inside out. Our previous rental company tried to make like the house it wasnt really clean all that much, but I let Michelle know and they went back out there and did a little bit more cleaning at no extra charge.I dont think no job is too big or small for MV, and Ill recommend them to anyone. Well be using them more often.

March 2020: A friend who manages apartments recommended Maid Valet. We called them for a deep clean of a rental property. The folks have lived in it since 1998 and had numerous pets. After they cleaned/shampooed the carpet, the difference was night and day. Like a brand new home! We will now use them for all of our rental properties.

My cleaning team is very thorough, pay attention to details. They were professional and friendly. It is nice to know that I can relaxe and know that my general cleaning will be taken care of on a regular basis. Excellent work, my house has never looked so good.

Contacted Maid Valet to do our move out clean for a rental. I walked into the home to find the house was cleaner than it had ever been, even when we first moved in it wasn’t that clean! Blessed to have them in the community.

Jorge came out and cleaned my carpets which were horribly stained. Id had them cleaned before by another company, but the stains came back. Its been over a month since Jorge cleaned these carpets for me. The stain is still gone!Both Jorge and Michelle are wonderful people and deeply focused on ensuring that each one of their clients gets the best service from Maid Valet, possible!

Stop! Hold Up! Looking for a cleaner?!? STOP looking - MAID VALET is it!!!! Not going to mention anyone, but went thru the (top?!?) 5 cleaners in the area, between canceled appts, fall throughs and even worse experiences when they actually did show.. I was SO lucky to find Maid Valet!!!Had to move quickly b/c of my husbands job, sadly, the many friends, connections and local compagines we employed was shockingly not enough to help us at all..And then, Maid Valet, after one call, had our back like a best friend. They did MORE than amazing job; even when we were several states away! On top of an amazing job, they talked to us, updated us, cared about us, and even followed up..I never write reviews, this company, the people, are just so rarely amazing.. I know how much I base decisions on reviews I read, I wanted everyone who did (or didn’t!) find theirselves in my shoes to know the same.
