I would give them a no star if I could. I went in for an oil change, and came out with more problems. When I went in for an oil change I was given a new technician, they ran the diagnostic and said I had starter and alternator problems. So I said I would take it somewhere else to just give me an oil change. I was given an oil change and was suppose to get my tires rotated. The technician said he could not rotate my tires due to needing new ones so I said that was fine. Once my oil was changed I went to get new tires and once I got to the tire place I noticed my tire center caps was missing. When I called back I was told that they was on the truck and that it must have came off while I was driving . So after 3 days Alan called my mom and said he had found them. Then was my truck, to find out the technician had placed an extra 2 1/2 quarts of oil in my truck and then I was told that it was not they fault and now I’m having to buy a whole new motor for my truck!FOLLOW YOUR FIRST MIND AND STAY AWAY!!PSA: my mom bought a “brand new” truck from them just to found out it wasn’t new. The owner wife had used the truck and wrecked the truck, and they just but it back on the lot. SMH…This place needs to be burnt down.

My experience with the Service Department was awful. Poor customer service and no updates were provided by service staff. I always had to initiate contact to receive updates.Service manager/Alan is a fast talker and a manipulator. Poor leadership skills.My concerns were addressed with GM Andy Swan who attempted to justify & tell me his staff did nothing wrong. Poor customer service satisfaction!!!I will never use the service department again.Parts department had awesome customer service. Mr. Stokes is very kind, professional, and a man of his word.

I recently came into Prince automotive not looking to buy a new vehicle. Brandon and I started talking about the features I would like in a vehicle and turns out they had exactly what I wanted on the lot. Brandon is the nicest, friendliest, and honest sales person I have ever come across. He was very accommodating with all of our needs.

This is a review majorily on the sales rep and not the car dealership. My wife and I did not end up purchasing a vehicle because they simply didnt have the car we were looking for but what I am giving 5 stars to is the sales rep Brandon. He helped my wife and I in every which way he could. Very nice,courteous and down to earth kind of guy. The type of person you want to buy a car from. He wasnt pushy about anything. We asked for his help with a few things and he never missed a beat. Go see Brandon at Prince Automotive, you wont be let down!

Never have had an issue with the staff. Always super accommodating. They have given me a ride where I needed to go and picked me up when my car was ready. I just have a small Chevy Cruze but Prince has been the place to always take care of her. Inside is a good waiting area if your just stopping in for a quick fix or inspection. Vending machines for snacks and a Kurig for a good cup of joe. Plus TV with plenty of channels for anyone to find their go to.

Purchased a 2019 Rst from Mr. LARRY COOPER. Larry made this transition so simple. No haggle very friendly, knowledgeable about all the truck that I inquired about. I highly recommend you stop by and see Mr. Cooper.

My whole experience from speaking with Josh and his recommendation for a tow service, Economy Wrecker, to the efficient service team at the dealership, I couldnt have been more impressed. Traveling for the holidays is stressful enough but when your car breaks down you feel helpless. Everyone was truly wonderful and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes with a new battery. Thank you all!
