My Porsche Cayenne was struggling for power and the check engine light went on, while on 75 traveling from Florida to Chicago.We found Petes Foreign Otto Shop on google, called, and they were able to take a look at the car immediately.We drove to the shop, our technician Andy spent some time diagnosing the problem, and then talked me through the details. Took my C250 Mercedez Benz to Petes Foreign Otto for service and maintenance because it wasnt good at all. They took it in and as they promised they had it ready to go in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Ive moved back to Florida since my visited there however if was still there I would take it to them again for any repair or service need. Thanks Pete for a great job at a reasonable.

Tiger and his crew took excellent care of my BMW. I thought the break pads needed to be changed, but after they investigated, they let me know that the brake pads were in good shape. My car was ready at the estimated time. I am thankful to have a trustworthy car repair shop.

Went to a shop 10 miles away that told us to travel to Florida for service on my Mercedes Benz sprinter then found Petes on line. Friendly fair priced service and got us on our way. 2nd or 3rd generation owned. Highly recommended!

Car broke down after Lake City in Florida. Found this shop and they fixed the air condenser and its running like a champ again. Being from out of town they were a godsend!! The customer service is great, very hospitable folks in this shop!!

I bought a new-to-me 2004 BMW 325i, car quit running while passing through the area on my way home over the weekend. Being out-of-state, Petes gave me high priority on getting it fixed, diagnosed on Monday (plugged fuel filter, leaking coolant tank), fixed and back on the road Tuesday. Great service!

They are very respectful, friendly an fast here! I got an oil change an was done in like 15 minutes. The whole crew worked together like a well oiled machine! Ill go back for every oil change an recommend it to everyone I know.

I don’t post reviews but I’m making an exception. I was on my way home to Atlanta from south Florida with my new (to me) 2000 BMW 540i. The car ejected a spark plug on I-75. Convinced the engine was destroyed, I called Pete’s first thing in the morning. Upon finding out that I was traveling, they immediately diagnosed the problem and put a great mechanic on it. Two hours later the car was rolling up I-75. Not only did they get me going at a very reasonable price but my technician took the time to sit down and review the repair, go over other issues he noticed, and give advice on maintenance items to take care of when I got home. I can’t say enough great things about Pete’s. It’s almost worth the 3 1/2 hour drive to have my car serviced there.

I drop off my 2009 mini cooper to have a diagnosis test, I was told it would be $150.00. Had the car for two weeks because they couldnt get too it, After a number of calls to them about the car. When I went to pick up the car and would not except their 3250.00 for burnt pistol, they charge me $250.00!!! RIP off

As someone who has had a ton of experience with Petes Otto over time with numerous different repairs ranging from all new braking system replacement, entire AC unit replacement, clutch & flywheel replacement, to smaller things like new headlight bulbs, ignition coils, oil changes, and many other things, I can say that Petes Otto has some of the best customer service out there. Always working as hard as possible to fix your car quickly and with amazing work quality. The mechanics at Petes are the only people in town that I have trusted and will continue to trust when it comes to repairs or maintenance with my car.

I drive an older Volvo, both my headlights were not working. I took my vehicle to a couple places who either couldn’t seem to figure out the problem, or quoted me 700$ plus to fix them. I took my car to these guys, they had my headlights fixed in just one day for a third of the cost of other places. Very friendly, and awesome staff. I will not go anywhere else for my car needs from now on.

Pre car purchase inspection - was very happy with the team here. They really know their stuff. Not only did they knock this out same day I requested it but they took the time to walk me through everything on the inspection. I would take my car here anytime.

I do not recommend this place at all! They are super expensive and have no empathy at all with clients. My husband first took his bmw and we had no issues at all, however we did not get the same experience with my bmw. I have a 2007 325 ci which has never given me issues since I got it 5 years ago. My husband decided to take it to fix a small coolant leak before he left for training. Let’s just say I had to take the car 3 times back to their shop because the car was in worse condition! It started heating up and the a/c worked on and off. My car never got heated up not even when it had the small coolant leak. My car had to be towed and the clerk told us they would cover it. Guess what, they didn’t. They kept saying how the car was old and things will keep breaking. I’m sorry but my car may be old but never had issues until they worked on it. They kept finding new things and kept charging us for diagnosis😡. We are not happy with them at all. I tried to speak to their manager Tiger and he was so rude on the phone. We had to take my car to another mechanic in town and they had to redo their work. At this point after we spent so much money we still don’t understand what they did to my car. If you have a foreign car go somewhere else, this is not the only place that knows how to work them.

Ive been going to Petes since 2009. They ALWAYS get my air-cooled Porsche fixed right the first time and try to get me out the door as fast and as affordable as possible. Told them that the problem with my LR3 happened when my lights came on at night but after a few days they said they couldnt get the problem to occur for them. The day I took my LR3 from the shop the problem happened again around the same time in the evening when the automatic lights came on. Problem doesnt happen if I have my head lights turned off

This place has the nicest owner. My 2 girls (age 18) car broke down 4 hours away from me and we had it towed to Petes. He fixed the car and let the girls stay there while the car was worked on. I was so worried about them but I could do nothing because I was in a hospital in Tampa. I felt very comforted when I talked with them and knew they were in good hands. This is great service place and the workers are phenomenal !!Thank you SO MUCH for helping out my daughters.

A bunch of Rippoffs!!!! To change the struts on the rear of my Mercedes. IN which the cost from dealer was 300.00 but they wanted. 600.00 stating that they had to remove the rear seats. A definitive. Lie!!! When. All you have to do is flip the panels behind the headrests. And undo 3 screws per side..SMH!!!

They are just the best. Hands down. They have treated me fairly and with respect every time I have worked with them. Car repairs arent fun and they take the sting out of it a bit. I really appreciate that.

Petes Otto in Valdosta, GA., is the BEST car repair facility on earth!! I am a 70 year old woman who was stranded in Valdosta, en route from Sarasota, FL, trying to get home to London, Ontario. I mistakenly put unleaded regular gas into my Mercedes ML350 Bluetec 4 wheel drive on the Saturday night before MOTHERS DAY Sunday.Mercedes Road Side Assistance wanted to TOW the car to the nearest dealership (TALLAHASSEE?!?!) I wonder what that might have cost me, in dollars and in time. . . .Sears Auto would not do the work.Firestone would not do the work, but recommended Petes Otto.Petes Otto put me into their busy morning schedule, made the necessary repairs, and had me back on the road by 10:30AM Monday.Petes Otto charge me less than $200.THANK YOU PETES OTTO.

I took my car to Petes Auto to get the radiator fixed, they said it would take them a week, 2 weeks later I go to Petes to get my car & they havent even started on my car yet, the next day they called & said my car was ready so I went & got it. Got in my car & my radio wouldnt work & my window wouldnt let down. I will never let them work on my vehicle again. High cost & rude staff.

Class act, my range rover was dead no hope in sight and while looking up mechanics Petes popped up, my husband called and we set up a date to drop it off (towed) and they got it running, not only did they get it running they were as fair as fair could be, I was expecting a bill that would have given me a stroke but I actually smiled and realized right then and there Ill bring my car back here any day, I live approx 70 miles from this shop and I would have towed it 170 miles because of the service I received, if people read this review because theyre looking for a mechanic who works on imports, youd be a fool not to bring your vehicle here, I smiled all the way home driving my range rover...thank you so very much.
