I went to Mavis Tires & Brakes in Valdosta to change my brake fluid. To show how they strive for excellence. Chris found that my alignment was bad and that my cabin filter was full of junk. They did great! I got all new tires, breaks, break pads everything in one day. A week later I had low tire pressure they would fill me up as much as I needed and then decided they should check it out since I finally had time today! I cannot recommend this location more highly! We had a blowout on 75 north on the way home from our family vacation. We called close to closing time on Friday evening and they had created a ticket for us to come in first thing Saturday morning. I was on the road by 8:20 AM. Found a smoking deal on tires from Walmart.com, but when they arrived the manager politely argued his machine was over 20 years old and couldnt mount them-- this was ridiculous, very angry but bit my tongue. (His guys were busy mounting and installing tires, so equipment was not out of commission)Ray, super nice guy at Mavis, used his personal pick-up to drive to Walmart, load/transport tires back to Mavis. Ray was also the alignment technician, did a perfect job.So, even though I am happy with the ride and price of the tires from Walmart, Mavis went out of their way to help with the predicament Walmart put me in, and did a great job in record time. Hummer rides smoother than ever has.

Right Rear tire went flat on Interstate - I was able to put the spare on it, but knew it should be changed as soon as Possible. Went to Mavis as I always do. They said I needed 1 Tire because the one that went flat was ruined by riding on it. I felt that having m3 different types of tire was not worth the trouble of chasing down which ones needed to be changed when. I opted to replace them all and the staff was very accommodating and they had 4 that were available within my price range. They were able to get them changed and checked everything else over. Never any issues there and they have always provide me quick, dependable service at a fair price. The assistant Manager was running the show and was very professional throughout. Consider moving him up the chain as I believe he is more than ready for Increased Responsibility.

This business has an excellent atmosphere and the employees are very charismatic. The service there was by far the best service i’ve gotten in a while. If you haven’t already, refer a friend to visit this place, they won’t regret their decision.

Staff very knowledgeable and professional. I went to several shops for alignment and road force balancing but the never fixed my car, but always took my money!! Had steering drift to the right, and steering wheel shake between 60-80 mpg. They fixed both issues and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right! Very happy customer here! Will definitely recommend this shop location to anyone who has issues with alignment or wheel vibration.

Dillon was very courteous and explained everything in detail. He did a great job making me feel comfortable. The facility was very accommodating and I really liked being able to watch direct TV in the waiting section. My only complaint is, I think the wiper blades are way overpriced.

I went in because my tire light was on and Mr. Robert informed me that my tires were good but my brakes were waring. I knew that I would need to get that done since I have never. So, I went on ahead and got my brakes done. The service was amazing and I will be back for my services to be done.

We were passing through Valdosta when we had an issue with one of our tires, we stopped here and were immediately waited on. They were professional and very kind. They fixed our tire which happened to be a valve stem and did not charge us. Once we arrived home we looked up the closest Mavis to us and replaced all 4 tires. What a great company.

Ive been here a few times and every time I come by they always give me the best service. One of the mechanics there, his name is Ray I believe has always been of great help and I 10/10 would recommend!

Profesional, Friendly, UnderstandingI had a really bad braking situation and they helped me last minute while everyone else was completely booked. They did give me a worst case scenario quota before starting on the car and took about a 2-3 hours to finish. Will be coming back.

Mavis Tire in Valdosta is the best tire store I have ever done business with. Very professional and reasonably priced. In fact my last visit was for a slow leak that turned out to be the valve - Mavis did not charge me for the valve replacement after working on it for over 40 minutes in their shop! Incredible!! What a great company that cares about their customers!! Highly recommended.

Incredible!I had a nail in my tire and went in for a patch, they ended up finding two nails and patched them both.I was in and out within 30 minutes.I’ll definitely be using them for all of my future tire needs!

They are a life saver. First for being open on Sundays being stuck out of town and was rescue by Mavis. Mavis was able to accept our car and was able to change a simple mistake that couldve cost more if it occurred on the road. Chris is an angel he was able to resolve our problem and give us suggestions and advice. He is a great person. I would recommend Mavis to anyone around Valdosta who needs work on their car.

This place is awesome if you have a lifted/slammed Car they can do a alignment. I took my 19 wrx on rally suspension and 2.5 inch lift in and they were able to do a alignment better then the dealership.

I recently scheduled to have 4 new tires and a oil change online two days before my appointment. I got there drop my car off and two hours later an associate calls am tells me that the tires I ordered would not be there until they closed that day. He explained that if I left my car there they would get on it first thing in the morning. The next day the same associate calls and says they cant take the tires off because they do not have a wheel lock. I explained that I bought it used and it did not come with one. He then suggests that I take it somewhere else to have them taken off and bring it back to put the tires on. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. They had my car for over 24 hours and they did not know that the car had wheel locks?! I was not offered an apology or anything. I will never come back here nor will I suggest anyone else go here.

I’m very disappointed in Mavis In Valdosta, Ga they sold & installed on my 2015 Nissan incorrect sized brake pads it was very dangerous of them they knew better when I reported back to the service guy my brakes were scrubbing instead of fixing 2 guys drove my pathfinder & told me they thought it was my transmission going out! They knew it was the wrong size bp I took my pf to TKO paid another $198 for correct bp. So never again will I use this place of business ripped me but NEVER again!! I see them closing because they did the same thing to someone else I know. I’m more careful who I choose now so difficult lesson learned no previous issues with my pf & the engine didn’t sound quite as before so they are not professionals

Fair prices great service

I had a leak in my tire and they patched it quickly. I was in and out, super professional and friendly, and on top of all that they let me go free of charge. You don’t see that type of service anywhere anymore. I usually never recommend places either but I would feel bad not giving back after such an exceptional visit.

I came here for an oil change. I told them I wanted 5W-30 synthetic and a new oil filter. They tossed me an offer to change out my windshield wipers, I agreed since mine were pretty old. I also asked for them to check my tires and give them air if needed. At first, the price was a bit high, but we negotiated a very fair price. It took them about 2 hours to get to work on my car, but I cant complain, they were busy. Once they got around to my car, it took them 30 mins to get it all done.All things considered, I had a great experience with these guys. Got what I needed done for about the same price it would have cost to do the work myself.Ill update this if I encounter any issues from their work, but so far they did great.

Each time I have been to Mavis tire, they have been nothing but helpful and kind. Service is quick and top notch. You get exactly what you are expecting. Nate and Ray are great! Everyone is so friendly, yet professional. The store is clean and Covid precautions are being followed. I couldnt ask for anything more.

Was 4th in line but my car got in the bay quickly. Came in for tires and gentlemen noticed my battery was leaking. Others told me it was oil, check it myself after service and no more leaks. Correct diagnose and worked with me on the price.

Had an old truck with rusty lugs and old wheels. They hl got it taken care of and were super friendly and helpful. Much kinder staff than other places in town.
