I went to Copelands on February 1st 2021 for a cable to my truck f350. The owner he told me that it would cost between $100 and $150. After arriving to pick up my truck the owner told me that it was $639.80!!!I am highly disappointed frustrated and feel taking advantage of.!!This place is a rip-off the owner seems to be a crook with a unfriendly attitude to say the least please do not take your car there for any service.!! I paid $600 for nothing, took my truck in the pictures, to have the dump cable fixed, and they didnt even change the cable... told me it would cost $150-$200 when I get there its $600 and still like it was, when I took it there... Dont walk Run from this place,cold crooks !!! Will rip you off !!!

Did a good job for me. Reasonable price. Very good honest folks and that is hard 2 find these days. I left not feeling that I had been taken advantage of because I didnt know about my car. Would certainly use again if the need arises.

Let’s see where do I start? First I dropped my car off around 9 am yesterday morning. They took all day on my car and the only thing I needed done was my alternator that’s it. Then they never called for me to get my car when they were done. My fiancé called around 5 ish they said that my car was ready and he would be on his way. He gets up there and they are closing up the shop. The worker had the biggest attitude ever! Like I should be mad I need my car that’s my only vehicle. They would not give me my car, I had to wait till this morning to get my car, and they left my radio on alllll night which drained my battery. This is not my first time coming here but it sure is my last. They are very racist and very rude is all that I can say. They are greedy and have no remorse and terrible customer service!! I do not recommend!

Couldnt have asked for better treatment, better service, or more kindness. When Hurricane Irma hit in September of 2017, we evacuated from Florida in our 2008 PT Cruiser. We were on the interstate in Georgia when the car began to shake violently, and the shaking just kept getting worse, until we had to slow to 30 mph just to be able to drive. My wife googled on her phone for a rental car place close by and when we stopped for the rental, we asked about good mechanics in the area. We ended up at Copelands and it was a blessing from God. We were understandably nervous about leaving our car with a mechanic we didnt know in a different State for an unidentified problem, but Earl was very reassuring and made us feel comfortable. We went on in our evacuation in our rental car, totally at the mercy of this auto repair shop since we had to get back home in our car. Imagine our relief when he called the next morning (we had dropped the car off just as they were closing, but they welcomed us anyway) to let us know the issue was simply a bad tire, the tread was separating and they were surprised it didnt blow out on the road. So they replaced the tire at very reasonable cost and we picked it up when we headed back. They could have ripped us off and told us all kinds of things were wrong; we wouldnt have known and the car HAD to be fixed so we could get back home. But they were honest and did only what was needed. On top of all that, after we got back home in Florida, Earl actually called to make sure we had gotten home okay and asked how we were and if our home was alright. I see the two bad reviews on here and honestly believe the reviewers just had miscommunication or didnt understand what was needed. Our experience proves that this business is honest and trustworthy and does NOT take advantage of people, as those two reviewers are accusing. If I lived in the area, I would use this shop for all my auto needs. They have proven themselves to us.

I found this place on Google on our way to South Florida when my sister in-law was having mechanical issues, they were a big help because I was injured and could not work on her truck for her. They diagnosed the problem correctly so that we could get it fixed at the destination when we got there. Thanks to all for the help.

Just received the worst service ever. The guy at the desk was rude as if I werent a customer. Smart mouth response to all my questions. He acted as if this is the only car service shop on Earth. I took my business elsewhere and wouldnt recommend this place to a robot.

Definitely a total scam. Im in the military and was on leave driving from louisiana to florida. Got to georgia and took a turn down the wrong dirt/mud road and burnt out the clutch trying to get out. Took it to copeland garage and was treated very well at first. Discussed what was to be done and shook on it. Five days and $800 later along with a new driveshaft part, clutch that hadnt been adjusted, loose transmission, and dealing with a less than professional mechanic I started my journey back to louisiana because my leave was nearly over and I knew there wouldnt be enough time to visit my family. Wouldnt recommend this place for a car wash.

This place was awesome! I went to them because of good reviews and people speaking positive about them. The experience was great. I wasnt sure what was wrong with my truck. They had an employee ride with me so I could explain what noises I was hearing. He new exactly what it was and thankfully it turned out to not be a crazy or super expensive fix. By the end of the day I was back in my fixed truck and on the road. Thanks Guys your awesome. I would definitely recommend going here to get your vehicle back in good shape and on the road.
