These guys are Awesome! Honest & quick diagnostics. Guys stayed late working the phones to ensure they got the parts needed to fix my car and get me back on the road. I was trying to get back to Atlanta after a stop in Valdosta. I called them at 4:30 with a battery light indicator. I knew it was going to be the alternator and it was. I barely made it to the shop before the car died on me. They were able to get the part and have me on the road in 2 hours! Very much appreciated!

I can only say what I have seen. Over 25 years I’ve know and worked with Kevin Dykes the owner of Caliber Automotive. It’s one of the few business that puts GOD first customers next reguardless of cost. People say that but I know this man to live it. If you are looking for honesty and integrity then there isn’t a better place in town. If you are looking for Walmart customer service and the typical numbers game these are not the folks for you. They have all the tools to work on your 1950 or your brand new vehicle. I can also tell you relationships are there #1 priority. His customers are his friends. The dealership recommended me to come here and at first judging by the reviews and the one customer that was in the shop when I went I was excited that I may have found someone that will actually find out what was going on with my vehicle. Well more than two weeks later w/ me having to constantly follow up w/ them they finally fixed the problem...NOTTTT!!! After paying him and driving the vehicle to town I started to have the same issue they offered to tow my vehicle or for me to wait to see if it starts. After an hr. my car started I took it straight to him. He gave a bunch of excuses on why it may still be doing that and he thought I was about to pay him to continue to look at my vehicle when he didnt fix the problem I brung it for in the first place! I admire the mechanics before him who admitted that they could not find the source of the issue instead of charging me for a problem they knew they couldnt fix. He knew he didnt fix the problem he wanted to get more money off of something he knew he couldnt fix!
