Big Daddy’s made my experience with them awesome! Derick made sure to keep me updated on my car and answered any questions I had. They washed my car for me as well as detailed the inside. The guys up there are personable and definitely my number one place to go if I need something. Derick noticed I had a personalized tag inside my car that I hadn’t put on and offered to help me put it on. He also offered to cover the tag in a clear coat to avoid the paint on it getting messed up. 10 out of 10 for these guys!!! Thank you so much for everything!

I went by reviews when I chose this place and I’m so glad I did! I had a dent that needed repair and the owner went above and beyond my expectations! Besides fixing the dent, he cleaned my headlights so they weren’t foggy anymore, he touched up other parts on my car that needed some paint, he painted the trim of my car (it had faded from black to almost grey), and he gave me a small container of paint in case I needed to touch up anything in the future. 10/10 recommend Big Daddy’s! My car looks brand new!

I had a small accident on the front bumper of my truck and took it to them to get it repainted. And wow! They did an amazing job! I’d say they went above and beyond on the work. Not only repainting the bumper but also taking care of the hood that also had deep scratches. Awesome job!

I highly recommend this place! They did an awesome job on the bumper of my Toyota Corolla; it needed to be replaced and painted, and without me asking they cleaned and polish the headlights and waxed the whole car!! Most unprofessional Auto shop I have ever dealt with. He scheduled me to do a service on my car, and when I show up he has the biggest attitude and didn’t even want to do what he had scheduled me for.

The repair itself was fine but the damage they did to complete the repair that they didn’t even offer to explain to mention to us at pick up ruined the entire transaction. Husband called the owner when they opened and gave multiple excuses and lies regarding our dash that was broken in pieces when we got the truck back BUT only had a small crack in it at the time of drop off. The rear view directional function no longer works was told “it might not be plugged back in right” but didn’t look at it when he drove it back up there AND they cursed at him multiple times and said they would look into replacing the dash cover but it could be weeks to get the part yet the first part we needed only took two days 🙄WILL NEVER RETURN OR REFER ANYONE HERE AT ALL‼️

Pros:The man who I’m assuming was the owner was very helpful in explaining the process to me. He was always very courteous.The repair itself appears to be just as promised.Cons:It took a little longer than anticipated for my vehicle to be repaired even factoring the holidays.I had to continuously call to get updates instead of them calling to keep me updated. Especially since I kept get different dates that my vehicle would be ready.

The great reviews brought us to Big Daddys. We had our 1997 Dodge Truck cab repainted, they did a great job on it. Derrick wrote out all of the details like hours/labor/material costs for each body part for our estimate price, then he went over it all with us. He also spent a lot of time writing websites/part numbers/cost and phone numbers on the extra parts that we were interested in replacing later. He spent the extra time to dye our plastic parts and buffed out our headlights to make our truck look new again. This guy and his team are the best! When we picked up the truck, it looked great. The invoice was the same as his estimated price, so no bad surprises. We will not hesitate to use him again. Please give him a try if you are in need of a Body Shop!!!!!! You wont regret it!!!!

We took our sons new old car to be painted and fixed for a good price. The bumper was in pieces and the paint on the car was peeling off. Not only did Big Daddy repair the bumper back to looking new but Big Daddy also put an awesome paint job on the car. He went way and beyond what was expected of him, fixing all the dents, electric window, the door and electric seat. We are very pleased with the price and the work. Loved this place! My car was keyed all down the driver side, my rims, my hood, basically everything. They were able to fix my car really fast and it looks like new! They really did do a great job. Big Daddys is without a doubt one of the best body shops in South Georgia. The service was great, they went above and beyond. I left that body shop a happy customer. I needed all headlights and fog lights replaced before going out of town the next day for the Christmas holidays. The bad thing about my situation is I had to have my front bumper removed to replace all the bulbs in which I didn’t have the tools to do so I called Big Daddy Bodyshop told them my situation and they fitted me into their schedule and got the job done.

I went there based upon a recommendation. I got an estimate, which was one of the most affordable in town and the owner/manager was very kind. He was honest too. I came to him later when I was in a car accident and he explained the prices. I decided to let the insurance take my vehicle since my vehicle was considered a total loss, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I do not live in Valdosta, but while I was visiting, I desperately needed my Lexus fixed. I decided to go to Big Daddys based on online reviews and was not disappointed! The rubber around one of my windows had become loose and malformed. I brought it by the shop, and they ordered the part. Once it came in, I brought it by, and they installed it in under half an hour and even polished my dirty headlights. He also took the time to explain to me how to prevent the problem from worsening in the future, should it happen again. Though I was slightly concerned at first by the tiny shops appearance, I was completely satisfied with the service, fair pricing, and outcome!

Big Daddys was nothing but GREAT! They found cheap parts for my Jetta. (Cheaper than I found anywhere else). Also, they found parts that were exactly the same color, which made it cheaper as far as labor fees. They were very nice and funny. I had to leave my car there over night, and they even came to pick me up since I didnt have a ride. This place will not try to raise the prices and take extra money from you like others. I am so glad I went there, I truely recommend their services to everyone! Also, I never write reviews, so the fact that I am taking the time out to do so, should show ALOT!
