Awesome job and very nice..thank you

First I was charged for 3 rooms and only had 2 rooms cleaned. If you want to call one of the rooms cleaned. The area rug was not moved and the guy literally cleaned the area rug and the carpet around it and now there’s this big stain in the middle of my living room under my area rug. He said that he was supposed to ask if I wanted to clean under the rug, but he didn’t and that it would cost “extra” to clean.Well duh! Now I can’t reposition my rug due to this. Will NOT be using again.I am writing this post because Stanley Steemer did correct their mistakes. Jackie (I hope that’s correct) and Ashley contacted me and apologized and sent out someone to correct it. Chandler was one of the cleaners he was so nice, polite, and knowledgeable and he did a wonderful job on the carpet.Thank you Stanley Steemer for incredible customer service and I WILL be using you again!

Not sure of how well of a job was done. I thought maybe they would have done a walk through with me to show and explain what was done but they did not. I really saw no difference in the before work and after work. I guess the only way to know if my attic was actually cleaned is to find someone to look up there for me.

They cleaned my couches, very professional, and did a good job. My only complaint is they left my couch with tons of lint balls from the washing and told me to get a razor to clean it off for myself. I didn’t realize that the hose from their cleaner would do that. I just wish after paying for a service they would have either warned me it would do that or had a way to fix it.

The team came on time and completed their task quickly, professional, and did a wonderful job. The carpets look great now, thanks to this team.

Stanley Steamer is the only carpet cleaning service I have ever used. My carpet is always left very clean and fresh. My carpet is seven years old and looks new again. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer. They are the only company that can truly get your carpet as clean as it can be. The other companies just cant compete.

David and Patrick did a great job today. They came promptly, finished quickly, and were thorough in leaving everything in good shape. We appreciated Patrick pointing out some things we had not noticed. As an extra bonus, the job cost less than we had thought because we have area rugs rather than wall-to-wall carpet in 2 of the rooms. Friendly and efficient service! We will definitely call them again!

The technician was fantastic. He did an amazing job and was able to get all the stains out. He was friendly and professional. The dispatcher (Christine) was very short and rude even when she called due to a payment issue on their end.

We got two rooms cleaned, the works. Any available add ons/upgrades we got. I am very sad to say my personal carpet cleaner does the same job if not better job than what we got. My carpet looks exactly the same, the only difference was the carpet smelled great, only lasted 24 hours :( I thought my carpets were going to be steamed?! Not impressed at all unfortunately. I do not recommend, dont waste your money.I will say the two men who did the service were very nice and professional and had great attitudes!

Excellent service. They did an outstanding job on my carpet and tile. Very knowledgeable. Advised me as to drying process and care after they were finished.I will definitely use them in the future.Camden and Anthony did an outstanding job!!!

Carpet cleaning did not meet my expectations. Carpet didn’t look any better than it did before cleaning in various spots. However I was satisfied with the outcome of my 5x8 area rug that was cleaned. It looked better than the carpet. I feel as if the job was rushed!!!

Patrick and Derrick did an excellent job. They were courteous and respectful and helped us to move furniture as needed.

No offer was made to put the protective finish on my carpet or furniture as in the past. It was always a given. I have always been completely happy with your service but this time not so much.

We were not happy with the first cleaning, by what had to be a couple of new guys. Stanley steamer made it right and sent our Ben and Johnny. Ben and Johnny had cleaned our house before months before. Ben and Johnny did a fantastic job again, like night and day compared to the new guys. From now on Ben and Johnny are our go to. Those guys deserve a raise! If your not happy Stanley Steamer will go above and beyond to make you happy.

I have always called Stanley Steemer in the 6 years Ive lived in this house. They do a great job, always show up on time and their personnel is always friendly and courteous.

I feel the cleaning was rushed and the next day after drying, I could have saved $134.00 and done a better job myself!!!! I called for your professional services in hopes to have clean carpets but I guess I will have to DIM!!( do it myself)!!!!

The duct cleaning service is not worth 500 dollars. The guys don’t do much but hook up a machine that barely works and that’s about it. They didn’t even clean/clear the actual vents either. And I asked them to clean the bathroom ventilation vent and they declined, so yeah I spent 500 dollars for literally nothing. Not worth it!!! Take you money elsewhere!!!! They don’t even clean the air handler!!!!

If I could give 0 Stars I woild. They came and cleaned carpets and damaged our TV with water which now doesnt work. They stated that I changed my story which stayed the same the entire time. Basically to them the customer isnt right and their techs word is gold. The carpets arent even clean. You would be better to rent the machine from the grocery store
