Didnt use you for repairs
Caleb,was the tech that serviced my lawn tractor,I called Sunday afternoon he showed up Monday morning around 8 am and was gone by 845 problem solved.He was friendly and knowledgeable.This was definitely the quickest turn around we have ever experienced with sears,but have always had really good experience with them Except the times when it takes too long before they can make a appointment otherwise excellent!!
Albert was the service agent that tried to fix my RCA television. His customer service skills were impeccable. He explained step by step the process of the repair, what the next step was, and he seemed to like his job. He was very courteous and kept a smile on his face. That makes a big difference!! Mr. Albert represents your company very well.
Sears technician, Victor, did a very thorough job. The dishwasher had not been doing its purpose for awhile. Several weeks ago another technician came out and he didnt really check anything on the dishwasher. He said it needed a cap for the dryer rinse and thats why the dishwasher wasnt working correctly. He left with no, but Victor he did an awesome job and he fixed a numbers of problems. We appreciate it when service is really given.We called Sears and it took over a month to get to our property. They kept calling and changing the appointment. This was very frustrating when you have an appliance that you paid for and you cant get serviced in a timely manner. Thank you.

It was actually quite a bit more than I was told over the phone. The repairman found more work to do, did the work, and then went up on the price. He did, however, tell me I could decline, but after he had it working, of course I felt obligated to pay. I am very satisfied with his work and am glad to have my dryer back among the living.
As promised we received a phone call prior to the repairman arrival. He was polite, listened to our concerns was able to repair the dishwasher right then and there. He gave me some very useful advice on using my dishwasher to increase efficiency. Will use them again for any further repairs on any appliances that are in need.

Repairman was very efficient, told me exactly what was wrong, made the repair and cleaned the area very well when he was finished. I appreciated that he did not waste a lot of time just chitchatting as some in to repair other items have done.

I have an extended warranty for a garden tractor. Sears does not directly service my tractor with their own techs. It is serviced by a local independent repair service thru Sears. Sears insists on scheduling the service call which never holds true. I always receive a call from the local servicing tech with his schedule to service my equipment and does a great job. I do not receive service from the listed Sears Valdosta location listed in this review.. My only wish would be having an alternate local service company available when regular techs schedule is heavily booked.
Repair personnel arrived when scheduled. Performed tests and had to order part. When part arrived, they came back and completed repairs. Washer now works like it is supposed to. I am very pleased with the service.
We had ordered a Sears oven; unfortunately, the wrong oven was sent. Sears sent out a new oven, picked up the wrong oven, and helped install the new one. We also found out that the oven would not open at the correct distance. Sears came out and inspected it and fixed the oven door problem. A very good oven; it cooks evenly and quickly. I love my new oven.
Dear Sears,I already participated in a review of the gentleman that came to see about my TV, but there never was a button to click send or done. So maybe this one will go when I click on POST. Mr. Albert Johnson came to my home and did diagnostic work on my Analogue TV. He was the nicest, most courteous, and humble man I have ever known besides my Father. I sent him a text message telling him so. There are not many kind and salt of the earth Gentlemen left on this ole earth. He not only heard, but he listened to what I had to say before he started working with my TV. He did his thing and explained to me, in laymens terms, what my TVs situation was. I could not have been happier. His knowledge and experience really impressed me. If and when I have anymore problems with my TV, I will ASK FOR/REQUEST Mr. Albert Johnson. They are HORRIBLE, if I could give them no stars I would. I had them come out and diagnose my refrigerator, they said it had a bad compressor and was going to charge me $540(part only) for a new one. I found one online for $300 and got it sent. I told them to bring all the other required parts for the next appointment, and the day of the appointment they called and told me they dont have the parts and need payment first to ship it and to reschedule a new appointment. I asked them why they couldnt tell me that before so I could have it fixed already and they said they did not have an answer. So now its week 3 and Im still waiting for it to get fixed and cannot store any food because of these lazy people.

The repairs was done quickly and the repairman arrived on time........BUT, he FAILED to RECONNECT the washer drain hose. I started a load of clothes and left for about an hour only to return and find the laundry room flooded and water seeping into the other rooms. The wooden floors in one closet have swollen and hopefully I will not have mold problems.He had me sign a document stating that Sears and him would not be responsible for any floor damage or cabinet damage before the repair began. I see why now!The repair was to a dryer mounted on top of the washing machine..

We had a problem with our refrigerator and the serviceman repaired it very professionally and the refrigerator is working fine.
Didnt use them, Sears said it was going to take them 10 days to get to me so I made other arrangements, So much for an extended warranty??
