They never even did the work they said they were going to do, never even called back when they said they would, will not recommend them.

I want to thank Alex Sadat, and the installation team of Enyo and Filipe for the service and installation of our new floors. We live in an 1,144 sq. ft. home, and the new floors give the impression of much more space. Enyo and Filipe were phenomenal, in at 10 out at 4, cleaned up, and everything put back.

We shopped for competitive estimates to put hardwood floors in our home. Alex was very professional and had very valuable ideas as the type of floor that would look good in our home. As nice as he was we felt we needed to shop around to make sure we got a competitive price. After having at least 5 businesses come to our home, we decided that the rapport and comfort with Alex could not be matched. Honestly he was not the cheapest but was close and competitive in price.The work was completed by his two installers who have worked for him for years. We were very impressed with the how hard they worked daily and laid our floors perfectly. The workers cleaned up every day which we appreciated.In conclusion, we have never regretted using Solano Floors. We love our floors and more importantly our decision to use Solano Floors. I have nothing but great things to say about Alex and his crew. From the moment we met Alex we felt comfortable with him. We felt we didnt need another estimate. He may be a bit higher than other places from what I have read in these reviews, but well worth it. We were looking for quality work and boy did we get it. The workers Fabian and Luis were awesome. The owner, Alex, deserves credit for how he conscientiously assembled such a good team: Glen, who was sooooo good at helping us narrow down the wide selection; Harrison, who went the extra mile when needed; Fabian, the Michaelangelo (or Michael Jordan) of laying floors; and even Brad, who delivered the flooring--they seem to enjoy working together and for the customer. They seem proud of what they do--so important! So glad we found them.

Alex and his staff worked with us down to the finest detail with suggestions and recommendations and even on the pricing. We had old laminate and carpet replaced with engineered hardwood. Best decision ever! The crew that installed was amazing! One half day for demo and 2 1/2 for install. I would definitely recommend them for your flooring needs.

Alex was very helpful throughout the process of a very small job (a mobile home bath), yet treating it a a huge contract. The job looks great, the workers were respectful, efficient, and great, and Alexs suggestions were spot on.

I had my floor ripped up when I had to do mold remediation all throughout my house. Finding a floor company was tough, but when I found these guys I knew I was going with them. Glenn and Alex were like Pippen and Jordan, or Montana and Rice, when helping me get what I want, and helping me get it done as well. Alex, his crew at the store, and Fabian and his installation team are excellent. From the estimate to installation, everything was great. If youre like me, you want great service with a great product, and thats what you get with solano hardwoods. We had most of the carpet in our home removed, as well as linoleum and laminate wood installed. After getting A LOT of quotes from other companies, and Alex was very competitive with his price and was willing to work with us. I highly recommend them. Because theyre good, we had to wait a couple of weeks to get things installed.
