MIKE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL. WORE SHOE PROTECTORS UPON ENTERING HOME AND WORE A FACE MASK. DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING THE WINDOWS INSIDE AND OUT. Stephanie set up an appointment to visit our home to help us select available cleaning options that were then professionally tabulated in an emailed estimate.We were able to adjust some options, even on cleaning day, for an adjusted price.We felt well-informed and assured that they would be there for us when any question or concern came to mind.Cleaning day was conducted courteously and systematically. We were comfortable and happy with the friendly and conscientious work of Mike and his assistant.

Mike and Samantha are a husband and wife team. Together they did my windows better than anybody weve ever hired. The last people we hired came with a team, were here for a very short time and it was obvious. Mike and Samantha came out to give me an estimate. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He also said he would make a new screen that I needed for one of our upstairs windows. That was extra, but not much, and totally worth it. Samantha did a great job of vacuuming my window sills and cleaning the screens and Mike washed my windows. He did an amazing job. Not one squeegee line on any of my windows. I have never seen them look cleaner. I highly recommend Hikari Window Cleaning. Not only is their service excellent, but I love giving the job to really great people.
