Great enviroment. I can spend hours looking through the isles. They always have great deals on the store brand Members Mark.If you need things of quality at a cheaper rate this for sure is the store to save.The store has a friendly and dedicated staff.They even except EBT.☺️.The membership cost 45 dollars a year but you instantly recieve that back on your first shopping trip! How cool!

Normally a decent store but lately if a customer complains you can hear the staff talk crap about the customers. Tonight I went before closing and you would have thought the store was closed with pallets in the middle of the isles and empty boxes every where. I finally gave up left my cart nd grabbed the 2 most important items. I talked to one of the managers he said it was not that bad and he was responsible for the mess and he did not see an issue with it.

I have several issues with this store because i have a chase card and my cards will not work at this establishment. I have to pull out cash to even purchase my items here and sometimes it works and then i use to at the cafe and it declines again chase stated it’s not a issue on their end so sams club and walmart needa figure it out because i spend my hard earned money to even have a membership here for there to always be issues. i’m going back to costco

They were pretty busy as usual. They do their best to keep the shelves stocked and thats truly appreciated when we are paying to shop there.The staff are normally friendly and stay out of your way while shopping.Ill definitely continue going back.

Prices are good! Clothing is great for the price. Cuddle Duds for $12.98. Their Christmas items and decorations are wonderful. Produce comes in smaller portions than at Costco so they dont go to waste as quickly.

Well, today was my first Sams Club experience. I have to say that I may be partial to Costco. Better quality, selection and nicer people. It wasnt horrible just not as impressed as I wanted to be. Cashier was friendly, management and door staff, not as much.

Come here mainly for gas. ~40 cents/gal less here.

Pick up was convient and easy. My trunk loaded with groceries and the loading person had a smile on her face also was given a small gift bad. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I was able to find what I needed quickly. My trip was 15 minutes from parking to leaving. Not bad for a sunny, Saturday afternoon.

Great, i love the parking. Wide isles. I found all my items, i was able to self check out rather quickly. I was in and out in 30 mins.

Even for a Labor day weekend, the club was stocked and clean. I knew what I was getting, so it was a quick in and out process. Sam would be proud.

Was a little crowded this afternoon, but quick scan made everything fast and easy.

Sams club is awesome but they allow retailers to be in store and approach customers for sales and dont know about others but I was lied to just so this guy could make a sale and come to find out he left out information that if I would have been told, i would have turned down his sale. Sams club should be responsible for having retail sales people in their store, because they are inside approaching Sams club customers not outside but inside and Im about to have baby and I have to cancel services and use my own money to send back equipment and I paid taxes and fee upfront and am I gonna get that back? Anyway Im very upset Sams club should think about having retail services in their store because thats not right i got lied to and promised things that was not true and left out information regarding services that is a BIG deal to know what you are agreeing to. Im very very upset and this was done on purpose to make a sale especially during covid and Im already trying to make ends meet especially with new baby coming.

Today when we went to Sam’s a I was trying to look for help finding some stuff & a woman working there was so rude to me & she didn’t want to help me she said she was busy & walk away 😡 I don’t know how they keep people like this bad costumer services !! This happened in Vacaville California Sam’s club.

Wasent pleased at all cant even check out of the store without a caucasian older lady breathing down me and my brothers neck at checkout. its not the first time I had issues with her I wish I had got her name but best belive next time I go I will get it. All the controversy about being there for one another and I still cant shop for my family in peace she literally came by 3 times to ask if everything was alright all me and my brother where doing were scanning stuff and paying my brother even pulled out a whole bankroll of 20 dollar Bills and the payment was only $150 just to show her we were just fine. we had way more then enough money combined this lady is irritating and really unprofessional I seen ppl with lighter skin scanning half the speed we were and she never asked them if they needed help its sickening it might just be time to close this member ship and go to costco I never have to deal with people like that there.

Great prices! Self check out is awesome. Workers at the food court are very slow, inattentive, and seemed untrained. The speed of the workers in general is so/so depending on who you get. If you can go to the store with very little employee interaction it goes very smoothly.

I got some lights here and all different parts of the lights went out within a few days of having them. It said on the box I could connect 9 of them together and I only connected 7. I live in a two story home so I paid some people $150 to put the lights up. I can’t get to the very top where they put the lights up to replace them. So there’s nothing I can do to replace the awful, no good, piece of trash, Christmas ruining, junkie, tacky lights. Thanks a lot, Sam’s club.

Quickest and easiest shopping experience I have ever had

Scarce products due to the liberal infection of hoarding and panicking like children but had most things for my regular weekly shopping.Cynthia, the greeter at the Vacaville store is Always cheerful, helpful and a genuine pleasure to interact with.

Love the people working here! They all go the extra mile for you. Not as big as Costco but very competitive prices and inventory.

Workers rude, not very helpful, no motivation to help their customers, employees dont know how to wear their masks properly or not at allMight as well call it Walmarts Club

4:45 and you have 1 checker . Four or five customers in line some with full push carts then a checker who was chatting a few minutes earlier with the customer behind me escorts his chatting friend and says to him i will check you out. I left my cart with a chicken and beer and spoke to a girl at a podium it was like speaking to a wall.No problem solving skills i pointed out the employee that hooked up his friend he should be Fired but that wont happen. Shop at your own risk at this store.

Still the same type of big box store like Costco. Better deals on meat, in my opinion. Not crowded early in the morning.

Looked like a nice place to work. Lady at desk said they have over 30 openings. Not for me though. Im not fresh out of high school so they dont want me working here.

Always a good choice for looking after many items.

I understand machines malfunctioning, which means the people working there would remove or keep an eye out for the food while also watching out for their ideal temperature . But I purchased spoiled almond milk/ and Greek yogurt . Most likely everything in that fridge went bad. I’m extremely upset. I’m canceling my membership, and I won’t ever be caught shopping there again. That store thinks it can make money out of selling spoiled food.

Typical Sams Club... decent selection of generally good quality merchandise- and nothing junky, very good prices. Snack bar has great prices and i really like their pizza, hot dogs, churros, frozen yogurt. They also sell gasoline a below local prices.
