I use Checker Cab exclusively because when the dispatcher says they will be there in 15/20 minutes, the cab is there. Other cab companies around Solano County have said they will be there in 15/20 minutes and have taken an hour and or, just didnt come at all.

Had Steven as a dispatcher. Very polite and easy to talk to. My GF missed her ride to the Airport and we needed a last minute cab. Steven was very understanding and helped me in a time when I was pretty stressed out. =)

The longest Ive had to wait for a service with arrival times longer than estimated, drivers arriving in the incorrect location, and had a driver slip a bit of extra on my cab fare while the car was parked. With how long it took and how many times I had to call I cant say Ill be using this service again. Ill be Preferring other services like Uber or Lyft.

It cost $20 to go from downtown Vacaville to Kaiser, with Uber it only costs $11...ridiculous

Very rude hung up on me 2 times said no prices quote and hung up in my face called ask for a manager hung up again called back was cussing saying something was going on but poor customer service
