Tried to sell me a house they had no authority to sell. I spent over $1k in inspections for the home then tell me we can’t sell you the home because the seller is not on the title.Then say we aren’t reimbursing you have a good day. I usually don’t write reviews but this is uncalled for especially being a first time home buyer making it that much more stressful.If your dealing with the rapisarda team be very careful. Triple check the disclosures so you won’t be another victim of there fraud.I would highly recommend you look elsewhere when selling or buying a home.
