Great impression from the instruction from one of the owners when we moved into our home (first-time pool for us). Thats worth a star. And the first water chemical tech we had was great. Thats worth another star. But it all goes downhill from there. Poor office communication. Confusing invoice system, with invoices sent for work that needs doing, even though I just did it myself. They say theyll be there on a day for something and they arent. Then they show up when unexpected. They did a great install on my fence, but its not where I would have put it had I been there (they came unexpectedly). And they also installed the wrong color, with no attempt to fix/compensate when I pointed it out! The last chemical tech would come and do absolutely nothing, so after a year, was happy to switch to another company

We have been using this service for 2 yrs and within the last 3- 6 months the service has been atrocious. Last week for the second time the individual servicing the pool has taken apart our filter, took the parts, and left. He spent 9 min doing “pool cleaning”. It’s outrageous, the second heat wave that we can’t use our pool. We have made continuous calls just to be told they would have a different person come out “when they are able”. So in the meantime the algae that has already been building up from poor service is getting worse. Be cautious when choosing this company because there will be times you are unable to use your pool as you wait for service, cleaning and parts. Certainly unfortunate in a heat wave. I spoke to some of the previous workers and they mentioned a lot of the new hires are not given adequate training, which I am sure is part of the problem.

Worked there for 2 weeks before I got injured and fired. Would not recommend working for them. The pool service depends on who you get. Id rather do it myself honestly.

Professional pool service did an amazing job on a full remodel of our pool. Straight forward, honest and timely service. Got us exactly what we wanted and explained the pros and cons along the way. The pool is now perfect and we have been using them for the weekly service as well. Everyone else we dealt with tried to up-sell or tell us what we wanted.

Professional Pools is just that - TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL! They are the best pool service we have ever hired and we have owned our pool for over 30 years - so that is saying a lot! They keep our pool sparkling clean, they have excellent customer service (they actually pick up the phone when you call), they come out right away if I need something and the list goes on. I never have to worry, especially when Im entertaining, if my pool is going to be cleaned or not. It looks fabulous all the time! Additionally, they service my hot tub and now it is sparkling clean too (I thought I could do it myself but somehow the days would go by and it would look too murky to get in - and after all, I bought it to USE it, right?). Once something broke in our hot tub while we were on vacation. They came out right away and fixed everything. And they are so reasonable! They keep my filters clean, pool clean, water clean, and my mind clean too (ha ha) because I dont think ANY bad thoughts now that I have the best pool co in America!! Ive worked with Professional Pool Service for over 5 years now. I love that they are quick to respond to my pool needs, my pool and spa get a lot of use and they do a wonderful job in keeping them running. They also do an excellent job in keeping it clean for our residents at our community. They are very professional as well. I highly recommend them if you are looking for great, professional, pool maintenance service. They also do major repairs when needed, which is great!

Made an appointment for the company to come out and do an inspection for service.Very friendly front office staff on the phone.Company was a no call no show for the appointment. Company never called to say they missed the appointment. I called the company 4 days later after the missed appointment, and asked what happen- no good answer was given. Staff were unable to provide acceptable reasonable resolution for their mistake.I have moved on and started looking for another company.
