Very friendly atmosphere their name says it all it seem just like a pit stop 🛑 in an out very professional with a smile. They even top of all my fliuds!

Cherry Pit has been around for years. Their work ethic is incredible there location needs some updating, like a nice clean waiting with air conditioning. I had my oil changes there recently, they did a good job, but Im not sure if I would go there again, as the waiting room felt dirty and hot

Took my car and after 5 minutes told they didnt have my filter, but if I had my own they could use it. Drove across town and came back, then told without an apology oh we also dont have ur oil.. wont be back.

It was quick fast and thorough they dont require an appointment so its first come first serve. I was in and out in 30 minutes

The failed smog test results didnt make sense, as compared to my last, just 2,022 miles ago. Five days later, had my car re-tested at a shop thats more familiar with my make & model. It passed, and well within limits. If I had believed their test results, I wouldve had to pull the engine, or transmission to facilitate the emission system fix. Sure would like my $50 back.

STOP!!! Do not risk having your vehicle serviced at this PIT. They charged me for an oil change and only drained my oil. They did not add new oil to my engine that they charged me for. My engine seized after driving approximately 3 miles from Sunil Prabhakar’s Cherry PIT while on my way home. I’m out $8,000.00. It took the owner Sunil Prabhakar three days to get back to me. After, I showed up to his business multiple times. He was arrogant, rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Legal action is in the works and a complaint has been filed with California Bureau of Automotive Repair. Avoid this PIT! Absolutely the worst service and customer service I have ever experienced.

Do not go here unless you have a lot of time to waste, they only have 1 oil change bay which is ridiculous for and oil change place. Took 1.5 hours to get my oil changed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, also their super expensive!

Great staff, great service. As a woman, I feel like I can bring my car here and they wont try to take advantage of me, trying to sell me unnecessary services. Its nice to not have to worry about those kinds of things and the Cherry Pit definitely puts my mind at ease. I know I can trust these guys with my car.

Didnt tell me upcharge for my Oil filter. I brought one with me just for that fact and showed technician.At least gave me $10.00 off a $12.00 filter charge. Mine was $6.00 at Walmart. Hating that Walmart Auto center in Dixon closed for COVID-19

Been going to the Cherry pit for 30 Years when Mike owned it. Did all oil changes and smog our vehicles and our kids. Took my diesel truck to get a smog check. They told me that my truck would not communicate with the state smog center and I should take it to the dealer and get it fixed. I rook it to the dealer and they said nothing was wrong. Back to Cherry Pit. Again same thing not communicating. now I take it to Midway Truck They find nothing wrong and take it to The Smog shop they work with. They run smog and it passes. I go back to the Cherry Pit whit the results and a bill from the truck repair shop for $231.00. assuming that the Cherry pit will make this right, NOPE. Manager says he will only reimburse me for their smog check not even give me smog bucks for future oil changes. After giving me the money for the smog check only Told him I will never be back..His parting shot was Have a nice day. Mike would never have done this. Dont go there. They do not take responsibility for there mistakes. What if they left the plug on the oil pan out or loose and your engine burned up, would they make it right? I think not.

Ive been going here for 9 yrs. For the past few yrsI noticed Ive been loosing about 1 qt. of oil between changes. When I go into top off it takes no less than 45 min. each time. I used an auto shop once about 2 oil changes ago and didnt loose any oil between changes. Hmm.

Fastest oil change Ive ever had, I was out the door again in 25 minutes. Great, friendly, fast service and I didnt have to wait 2 hours. Cant ask for better.

Just tried this little gem of a place today and was amazed how quickly I got in and out of there. I was anticipating like 45-60min but I was out in less than 30minutes! They also checked and topped off fluids, checked tire pressure, etc. The biggest thing they helped me with was FINALLY telling me where my transmission leak was so I can get it fixed at a transmission shop! See you all in 3k miles!

My kid has been trying to get his car smoged and they keep giving him the run around to keep driving it and bring it back but there is no lights on no engine light and no codes and they can’t explain why they are not very professional

Good customer service and less wait time. Less than 25 min. They also issue out ten dollar coupon every time you do an oil change and it does not expire and you can use them during a smog check.

Do not go to these people! They will rip you off if you don’t know what you’re doing! I ran out of washer fluid, so I wasn’t sure if I needed an oil change. $65 later they told me that I didn’t need one but they changed it anyway. A month later my oil and filter light comes on and I go back and the guy says that it’s time for me to get my oil changed again even though it’s only been 3000 miles and he said that that’s customary. I googled it and you really only need your oil changed once or twice a year or before 10,000 Miles when I told him that he changed his tune And they also lied on my sticker and put less mileage than I needed, but put the right date that it should’ve been changed which is in July which is two months later than when my light went on. They do not care about their customers and they only want to make money.

Went there probably 10 years ago, so things might have changed. Went in for a smog check, $80. I didnt realize that you automatically fail if your check engine light is on. The attendant noticed it and mentioned my check engine light is on. I told him, Yeah, been meaning to get it looked at. They ran my smog, my emissions passed with flying colors. I failed. Because of the check engine light. Could he have mentioned it was an automatic fail? Yes, I think so. I asked why he didnt tell me that Id fail automatically, he said he just runs the test.$80 for nothing, when I really needed the money. Went here because Id heard good things. Could have gone down the street and gotten one for $60. Thats what I did, next payday.

They falsely failed my car twice for smog, claimed based on sound only that my car had a manifold leak. I had two smoke tests done on the complete exhaust system starting from the engine and no leaks were found. Used to be a regular customer. Will never test with them again.
