First time here, was very impressed with the owners response to a customer having issues with a machine. The woman called the help number within 30 minutes the owners arrived. Made sure the customers needs were addressed, and then went to fix the machine. Wife handed out candy to everyone. I was impressed by the speed of them responding to a customer complaint. Nice people.

Always clean and plesant. Workers there and owners of laundry mat is very consistent and professional. When it comes to minor issues with clothes and items being left behind, they always put it away if they find it until you come to get.

Its OK clean. Has air-conditioning some of the other wash places dont.

This is the only laundromat I’ve been too in Vacaville but it is definitely a great choice for the ones I’ve been to elsewhere. The place is clean, the machines work great and the prices are better than other places I’ve been too. Would recommend this place 10 out of 10. Thank you!

Im traveling on business the hotel laundry is closed(dumb). However, this place is the nicest laundromat Ive ever been in.....very clean, excellent machines.

Ive been coming here for about 1 1/2 years. My last experience with laundromats was in San Francisco in the early 1980s, so I dont have any experience with other laundromats in this area. With that said, this place is clean. The machines are in good working condition. In rare moments a machine might be out of order. The wheeled laundry baskets are usually parked neatly throughout​. The manager is frequently on site cleaning up after customers.

This place used to be a real pit. New owners have made it a lot nicer. Machines work, and dont rip you off. Clean too. Recommend it.

Customer Service is the best it could be. I didnt even have to ask for help when I needed it, the staff was right there to assist me. The man there is Ernie. He was so helpful. I will never go anywhere else

Don’t recommend. They aren’t following COVID-19 health guidelines and enforcing masks or face coverings. Several people in and out without a mask.

Clean and tidy but I had no idea a bench could be any more uncomfortable to sit on. If I have to be stuck somewhere for over an hour please consider the seating. Cheers.

SUPER CLEAN. They were vacuuming out the dryer vents. There is always an owner or employee on site. Even Sunday.

If you happen to need a laundromat and live in the area this is actual a great place to go. I am not one to normally recommend landromats as a rule, but if you are to use one this is one of those to which I give the okay. The place is not always that clean, but not for a lack of the owner trying. They come in three times each week, I actually saw them two different times on two different days, to clean. Not only do they sweep up after careless customers, but they also vacuum the dryer lent traps. You know the ones inside the machine that people dont even clean on their personal drivers at home. This means shorter drying times money saved. Now what do you think about that?

I called on Sunday bc I was at Vacaville Laundry Works and there was no attendant available. Man answered the phone and I told him that I prefer a laundromat where an attendant is present so I can get change, buy laundry bags, restrooms cleaner, get an immediate response, etc. if I need one.I then asked him if he had change for a $100 and his answer was an immediate no I wouldnt have anything that big is foolish.He had no idea I was doing $30-40 worth of laundry. He never asked. He was obviously suspicious of giving change for $100 but one could easily check it w a counterfeit bill marker ...by eye honestly and easily in most cases as it has the hologram strip anyway...if needed . I told him I could go to Subway next door and get lunch and change (just do my laundry at the first place. He saidok.I had lunch at Subway. I got change and did my laundry at Vacaville Laundry Works .

Clean and has air conditioning! Just wish that they had a attendent that works there full time. It was my first time there and no attendent to be found anywhere when I needed to ask them questions. i.e.....do they sell soap, Clorox. etc....

I love this laundry mat. Its the cleanest and most safe one in our eyes. We live in suisun and happen to by chance decide to oneday go and try this place out and now, we always go there. Its a drive compared to our old spot, but worth the extra trip. Im surprised to see negative comments about this place!
