Easy to find the office. Good parking. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I was told what was going to happen every step of the testing process. The results were shown to me and explained so I understood what I was seeing. The next steps for me were explained so I knew exactly what I needed to do and what to expect. I had a great experience with HearingLife in Vacaville California, I would highly recommend them for your hearing needs. Laura Bradford was the best, she took the time to explain to me in detail my test results. She demonstrated a hearing aid that would best fit my needs, I was very impressed with Lauras knowledge of the technology in hearing aids. I have tried other hearing devices that I bought online, of course they were less expensive but I was very disappointed in the sound quality and feedback issues. Laura fitted me with a hearing aid and adjusted them for optimum performance, I still cant believe how natural they sound. She took the time to show me how to put them on properly and to take them off. She also showed me how to clean them, change the batteries and how to replace the wax filter. I like the fact that if I have any problems with my hearing aid that they are there to help. I want to thank Laura and her staff for a great experience.
