We did 2 things at the store. We exchanged our car battery, which went very smoothly. We also had the battery replaced in my IPhone. We were impressed with how knowledgeable, efficient, and upbeat the staff was! We left the phone at the store and left my wifes phone number with them to contact us with when the repair was complete. We then went to do some other errands.After about an hour, when we had finished our errands and had not heard from them, we returned to check on the phone. The repair was completed and we were very satisfied with everything. it was on the way home that we discovered that we had in fact been notified that the repair had been completed, the problem was . . . they notified us in an e-mail to my phone, which they had in their store for repairs. It seems like there is room for improvement in there customer contact program, but otherwise we were very satisfied with the entire experience.Sincerely,John & Connie

Asked for an estimate on my iphone XRs camera (glass) replacement.. they said I had to take it to Apple for the repair. Went to iParts and Phone Repairs and had it fixed for $70 within hours.

Friendly and knowledgeably technicians who changed my iPhone 6 battery in 45 minutes. They also changed my cousins iphone 5 battery as well in 45 minutes.This all happened after we went to Sacramento and we were informed it would be 5 hours before they would look at our phones, we left and went to this store.Thank you very much, job well done.

IPhone battery replacement was handled quickly and professionally. However this was the second shop I went to today. I made an online reservation at the shop nearest to me and received a confirmation. When I arrived the manager said both of his techs were out sick. To his credit, he called the shop where I had my repairs made and made an appointment for me.

I had my iPhone 7s battery replaced. The service was fast and efficient. Additionally they said my screen protector was cracked and ineffective, so they recommended replacement. I felt like I had a brand new phone. Great customer service.

I called ahead to ask if they could repair my phone, before going there. They confirmed that they could after giving them model of phone and repair needed. ( cracked screen ) when i arrived they said they dont repair motorolla phones. So to confirm i called the right place. I told them the name of the company i called and the phone number. They confirmed the information i had was correct but denied ever recieving the call. Blamed it on me, said i must have miss dialed. So according to them i called the wrong numer and i just happened to reach a cell phone repair shop of the same name and number. but it wasnt them! I would give them less than 1 star if possible.
