I had to get my phone factory restored twice with two different Iphones and I was satisfied with both experiences. I was welcomed with great customer service each time especially by Allen; one of the technicians! He was professional and offered each of us customers with respect and understanding to our problems and answered all questions with good mannerism/representation for the company! I even got out of there in a timely manner! Happy customer to Best Buy and to the Geek Squad!

I went in today 12/21/18 cause my iPhone crashed or actually froze so I got in the geek squad line to get an appointment and I showed the tech Dominic the problem. He set me up an appointment for soonest available which was an hour out and then said he’d plug it into the Apple comp real quick to see if it could just be reset and BOOM 3 minutes later I was walking out the door with a working phone! Like I told him I lose about $85 per hour not having a working phone. Great guy and smart! Thank you GEEK SQUAD! Highly recommend! They wouldn’t even take any money from me!
