One week ago I had my hair cut by a lady who’s name rhymes with plantain. Don’t want to put her on “blast.” But later that week when I was at the gym I noticed a small patch of hair on the back of my head not cut and sticking out. Nice lady but that day she had drop the ball. Today about a week later, when I had time to stop in, I asked a girl up front if there was anything that we could do about it. She took the defensive and assumed I was asking for a free haircut. I was not. She said if I were to have come in the next day or if I would have called the next day they would have been able to do something. Unfortunately it took a shower, good lighting and a room full mirrors before I realized. Jokes on me. But it would have been nice to get a better reaction from the girl that spoke with me. She didn’t want to look at the crime-seen or even ask who cut my hair. No worries, they have plenty of business without me. Just hope the two of them make the extra effort so something like this doesn’t happened to anyone else.My advice, get a rinse before leaving and inspect.Size 1.5 on top, 1 on the sides, tapered down the neck.

The actual haircut that my son received was fine. However, the wait time was well over an hour and staff was curt when we walked in the door after we got our text notification to come in. Im sure they are overworked and were clearly very busy, but the initial service was off-putting. She did listen to what we wanted and is very happy with his haircut.

I set an online check in, I do so and was told that it would be at 5:39pm, I get a call around 4:28pm saying that I can come in, so I leave my home, get there and check-in, I end up waiting until 5:45pm, over a whole hour until my haircut, I sit down and get my haircut from Jennifer, who is obviously rushing my haircut due to the closing time, under 10 minutes my hair is done, and by all means looks terrible, I will not be coming here again. The only reason its one star is because at least they cut my hair.

Although busy, I used the online check in feature. Got in quickly, Ashley did an excellent job. Overall, happy with their service!

This was my second visit here since COVID struck both visits I left feeling happy with a good haircut. However this visit I had an amazing stylist named Katie who had an amazing personality. She went above and beyond to engage me in conversation which I find to be a great quality I personally hate getting my haircut by a stiff. She was also very quick there where few people who had been sitting in the chair at least ten mins longer and were still there when I left. On top of all that her personality left me smiling at the end. I will be returning with my business and highly recommend this shop!!

The manager did my hair right before my engagement photos and she was able to get it perfect even after I chopped it all off with some clippers 3 months ago (thanks covid). Definitely recommend anyone to go and Ive been going to the past 2 years.

Check-in On-Line is very easy and they are always ready at time they say. Stylists are super friendly, talented and knowledgeable!! Always leave with a fresh cut!!

I used the app to sign in for the first time and it mentioned a 45 minute wait so I went to Home Depot first. Shortly later I got a notification that my stylist would be ready in about 10 minutes so headed to Sport Clips. Walked in and saw pretty full waiting room but as soon as I checked in Katie called my name and I went right to her seat. (Bypassing the waiting room) This check in process on the app is GREAT! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Katie did an excellent job with my haircut, she suggested a tapered fade for the back of my head/neck and it looks great. I will definitely be going back and will plan for more time so I can try out the MVP treatment.

They are nice! Try finding another place where they are consistently respectful and kind to kids. Ill wait... Ive been going to three barbershops with no luck of finding a place concerned with customer service like this sport clips. Plus the hair cuts are always as requested. They are wonderful with my brother and son and from here on, this is my spot.

Came by for a haircut around 2pm,through the text notification I was told a 20 minute wait. 20 minutes came by and went and still waiting, not being addressed and instead witnessed one of the barbers, Dina? Being rude to several customers who asked if there was a certain barber, her response? It doesnt matter were all experienced just put down first available, just put down first available.Ive left after 40 minutes because I realized Ive been wasting time trying to give this place a chance.Would not recommend if youre looking for a quick haircut in a appropriate wait time.

My husband went to get a haircut, (he has gone here a few times before, all fine. Unfortunately have to rate the whole place low due to this experience) and Desiree was completely awful. She had no idea what she was talking about, was being outrageously rude when my husband seemed confused as to what she was talking about (because she was phrasing things in ways no other hair stylist ever has) and left a horrible job. The “fade” is nowhere near faded and left a lot of hair around the ears where it should have been a skin fade. He didn’t realize until coming home how horrible it is. Seemed like it must’ve been her first day. Do not recommend at all! Or at least don’t let her touch your head!

Kind of a goofy picture, but this is a before and after of my haircut. I cut off almost 12 inches and plan to donate it, but I really love the new haircut and cant really see myself without it now lol. Highly reccomend, the whole staff seems very talented and interested in their work. Thank you guys.

Ive been going for about 6 years now. While the only complaint I have is that the hair stylist who know what theyre doing typically dont stick around, Ive still never had a bad hair cut there. Currently Erin is my go to stylist and Im hoping she sticks around a while. The price options are more then fair and range from get in get out, to full pampering service.

First use the app to check in. While doing it at the store is easy the wait time being displayed is almost always off. You check in on the website and show up at your time you get helped pretty quickly. Second as for Miranda. She is awesome!

So I have been going to this sport clips location for about five years now. I have always left with a good hair cut, but this last visit was by far the worst experience in have had. The stylus was nice and personable enough, but if you dont know how to do a specific cut, just say so, got an mpv was covered in clippings when I left, wasnt offered the mirror to see the back, sideburns were not addressed, and when I got home found the left side of my head almost bald and the neck hairs not trimmed. I usually dont complain about a hair cut, but Im glad I have no important events coming up soon.

Edean makes it worth every haircut! My cut is simple and quick, but it’s definitely worth the wait to get her! We laugh, she’s cries, sometimes I cry laughing but it’s always a fun trip! She makes a sports cut feel more like a beauty salon for men! You can talk your day out in ten mins!The wash and massage are awesome and everyone should get it! It’s a couple bucks but you feel a little pampered and your hair doesn’t stay all on you! Edean brings a lot of fun up in there and she even does some crazy good specialty work on those tough customers! Def ask for her when you get chopped up! Edean rocks that clean pack! Go girl!

I did a better job when I found my parents scissors at 4 years old. Really if I stop laughing Im going to start crying this is so bad.. Ok okay I originally gave one star it was so bad I had to go back, somebody needs to take the first girls license. But the girl that fixed it with the mohawk and the crazy sideburns saved the day. She took care of my hair like she takes care of hers, she did a fantastic job.

Alma cut my hair and gave me the MVP treatment, I told her that I was easy to please and to do whatever she thought looked good. I was very happy with her service, she was kind and friendly.

I usually would give this place 5 stars if it were not for the stylist i got this time, her name was Alma and she cut my hair very poorly and much differently than i requested, she was also very rude and clearly did not want to be there. I would reccomend asking for a different stylist. Otherwise this place gives pretty good haircuts every other time ive been there
