I called to reserve a limo for a wine tour, spoke with Brady at NPI Limo a couple times and gave all the necessary information for a booking (pick up and drop off location, card information, phone number and email, etc. The day of the scheduled limo reservation, they were a no-show. They did not arrive and did not answer/return phone calls and a voicemail, email or messaging. Luckily, we placed a call to Majestic Limo and they got us a vehicle and driver within an hour for the afternoon. I would recommend Majestic Limo to anyone!!

I cannot say enough about my experience with NPI Limo. I literally call at 10:00 AM the day of Prom knowing that there was no way we could make anything happen - 5 minutes later Brady called me back, we exchanged a few texts, he called me back with payment for payment information, and James was at our door at 4:00 PM. My daughter recently had surgery and in a huge cast and crutches - so shes a bit slow and he was so kind and patient with her. Being a mom I texted several times and she said she was having a blast. You guys saved the day!

Absolutely the best!! We called the same day hoping to get a limo last minute & Brady pulled through with flying colors!! Chris was our driver & he was amazing! He came into the restaurant & asked for us specifically when he arrived! He was so professional & down to earth! He treated us like kings & queens! Brady was extremely helpful in making my arrangements, even when I had to make a schedule change. Tommy, our driver, was prompt and extremely courteous. Great experience with a small group of friends for a birthday to check out Christmas lights. Our driver was very helpful and literally rolled out the red carpet! They arrived early to let us get everything into the car and dropped us off safe, sound and happy at the end of the night. Pricing was great, service was exceptional we will be using NPI Limo again soon!

This past friday we reserved the trolley for on of my closest friends wedding. It was for one hour and cost 300$. NO ONE SHOWED. Also, no one called us or answered any calls. The whole wedding party sat outside and waited for someone to show. It was horrible. We literally did not hear back from this business until MONDAY AFTERNOON (THREE DAYS LATER). This is all beyond unacceptable, disrespectful, and rude. I will never ever use this company again.

Our scheduled limo did not show for our bride and groom to be driven off to start their honeymoon. DO NOT SELECT NPI LIMO IF YOU WANT TO BE ASSURED YOUR LIMO WILL ARRIVE! So frustrated and disappointed! NPI Limo promised to make the night special—it was especially humiliating as it was our gift to the sweet couple and NPI Limo didn’t bother showing up and I still haven’t heard from them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Blocked our street from having traffic while waiting 40 minutes to pick someone up is rude and disrespectful. Especially during a snow storm causing traffic ties ups.

We used NPI this last weekend for a bachelorette party. It had been discussed that they would arrange for us to stop at 3 wineries and have a tour of one and tastings at all. The locations were discussed and the order we would stop at them was also discussed. When we got on the bus the driver was unaware of any of our plans. He had never even been to the one winery before and initially told us that it was “pretty far to drive to” (32min and we rented the bus for 4 hours!!) I then contacted the office and spoke with Brady who had been the contact person all along. He told me he would speak to the driver and clear things up but that the wineries had been informed we were coming and it was all organized! We show up to the first place and the owner tells us he had no idea we were coming, they do not do “tastings” or tours! He also said he had never been contacted by NPI and that this was not the first time NPI had brought large parties without informing them. We then contacted the next winery and they informed us that they also were never told we were coming. Needless to say we still had a great time and the limo was clean and arrived on time, but NPI is very unorganized!

This is all beyond unacceptable, disrespectful, and rude. I will never ever use this company again. Very unprofessional and ruined my sisters most special day.

Brady raved about how cool their Cadillac limo was with a door that opened up instead of out. We booked that limo months in advance come to find out on our wedding day the door didnt even work. Napkins in the limo were not changed despite us telling them what they were. As we were headed to the venue we were pouring champagne and my bridesmaid took a sip and noticed there was used gum in the bottom of her cup. Other than that, The limo driver was cool.

Tony, our driver for the night was horrible. No personality, rude, and unhelpful. Discussed this with NPI and they assured us that we were wrong about the situation.Follow up 12-7-19NPI call and wanted to make the situation right and set up another ride. This time was 100 times better. Different driver experience was great. Thanks NPI for following up with your customers and doing the right thing. You have earned my respect!

A driver in a white Cadillac Escalade Limo traveling on Interstate 80 cut me off and wasnt using signals. Nearly caused an accident. Using this practice the entire time it traveled in front of me. Headed East. Over speed limit. May want to check on staff. Does not deserve one star but none wasnt an option.

Ive never written an internet review for anything but the service provided by NPI Limo and our driver, Miss Suzi, was beyond anything Ive ever expected from a limo service. Working with Brady to reserve the limo bus was extremely easy. Our driver, Miss Suzi, was THE BEST, most professional driver Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. She was with us the whole time for our three day event in and around Des Moines and *literally* rolled out the red carpet. The limo bus was always clean and stocked with cold, bottled water and snacks and she even matched the napkins to our event branding. She even gifted our group with a bottle of champagne and wine! Thank you for a great time in Des Moines, Miss Suzi!

Ive never used this company, but I did get cut off by one of their drivers, who continued to cut off three other vehicles in the span of a few minutes. Plate number was CRR 694. Occurred on Saturday 5/12/18 on Highway 141 just outside of Grimes.
