This is group is a hidden gem and a stellar resource for mental health. I was able to request an appointment and set an appointment within days. I have no complaints and wish I found this group sooner. My therapist Tonya is awesome and look forward to my sessions with her!

I was to see Scott. Saw him two times and both times there were computer issues! Couldnt talk to me about my issues as needed to have my history documented and could take 4 visits to complete. This may have taken another month or more. I needed help now. I dont have the time or that much history to take 4 sessions. Either change history requirements to allow therapy to take place sooner. Send form to patient to complete and send in. Have administrative person input info. Save therapist time and patients would get help as requested and not just sitting while someone inputs info.

I have had amazing therapists and amazing medication doctors. I highly recommend Missy Larson. She is very educated about the medications and explains very clearly the purposes and possible reactions. The staff has always been prompt and attentive.

I highly recommend Julie Hewitt for a therapist. Anyone that struggles with a lot of past trauma she can do EMDR with you. Also, if you struggle with emotion management I recommend the group STEPS. They reach it in the office.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is extremely friendly and nice. Mike Huff is such an amazing person to have work with your child. I highly recommend this place and Mike Huff.

The WORST counselor I have had in my many years of therapy..debra younger clueless!!! Degrees mean nothing when you have no common sense!!!! Billing woman not nice at all!!! Costly, no toilet paper in bathroom, FREEZING cold !!! Wish I NEVER put my foot in the door...no surprise there is a mental health crisis in IOWA, therapists have to look outside the box and what is taught in school!!!!
