When we ordered our printer from MMIT the process was quick and easy. We worked well with them and when our printer arrived the delivery and set up was effortless. As days went on there were a few small issues with printer preferences that were easily figured out when we called our technician. The only frustrating issue was trying to print from our phones. When we spoke to the technician about it he struggled to find out what we needed but then we called their customer support they knew what to do and were willing to help us out.

We recently updated our Konica Minolta copier and the staff and service people were outstanding. The outdated copier was removed and new copier installed quickly and quietly. The training was professionally done with questions answered easily and all our computers networked to the copier. A few new options were added (saddle stitch and folding). Adding laptops that werent available the day of installation was easy thanks to the training we received. Customer service from MMIT is easy to access and they are a great company with which to work!

We recently purchased a Sharp MX-3070V color printer/scanner/copier for our office. Its performance level is much higher than our previous machine, a Lexmark.
