Owner is absolutely awful. Berates his customers and refuses to assist with even simple tasks. Doesnt have any sort of customer service ability and honestly if it wasnt for the amazing employees, this business would have failed a long time ago.

The OWNER SUCKS, the employees are great and informative and very curtious. I was about to purcase a ibanez bass when the OWNER had an employee to tell me not to come by so often to play his guitars. Im a fender man, but was about to buy an ibanez becauuse the staff made me comfortable about the transition. So now I no longer want a ibanez. Nor do I or my accociates go to his establishment.
