Very responsive and the gentleman they sent was awesome! He took the time to explain what was wrong and it didn’t take him very long to get my washer back to functioning! Decent price also!

Returned call same day and actually was able to work in the service call tge same day. Appliance was DOA and they recommended ot not br fixed. Thought it was a honest assessment.

I have a residential fridge in my camper. So glad they were willing to check it out AND fix it for me quickly! We have used them more than once and always very friendly and timely.

I was having problems with my dryer, and Champ Appliance kept telling me it was the dryer vent that was the problem. Our apartment complex denied the problem, and said the dryer vent was fine. Long story short, after staying firm that it was the vent- we had the wall cut open. It was blowing air and fluff between the wall studs! I was in shock! Our dryer works perfectly now! They were right from the start!
