Absolutely fantastic. The gentleman was so polite and went out of his way to give exceptional attention and care to remedy my problem.I had called ahead (as I am from the next county north ) looking for a replacement exhaust motor for my corn stove which is my only source of heat for my family of 10. The courteous man that answered explained the difficulties of knowing what he would be dealing with unless I brought the motor to him allowing him to match it up with what may or may not be in his inventory.After making the trip down to the shop, I was greeted at the door with a smile and a very knowledgeable tech (same gentleman I had spoke with on the phone) who took the burned motor and immediately diagnosed, identified without having any labels or stampings, and located a replacement within moments. Seeing as how my useless motor still had the mounting bracket and fan still attached and very corroded he asked if I had an hour or so to kill and that he would switch everything over to the new unit and have me ready to go.Within 25 minutes he called me with the fantastic news that I was good to go and informed me of the total cost ( way under what I had assumed it was gonna be) . In less than 90 minutes I was home with the corn stove crankin out heat and my family very happy.Thank you CEMS for coming through for me. I will recommend your services to everyone.Thomas Fox

Repair a pump motor, excellent service

We recently brought in the blower motor for our furnace in for repair. The repair was very fast and reasonably priced. We received a quote on the services a few hours after we brought the motor in and it was ready the next day. The motor runs silently and better than it has for years! It has only been running for a few days since the repair but I imagine the repair will hold up well based on the great experience we have had with Cox Electric so far. I would certainly recommend Cox for your electric motor repairs!
