I called to order a replacement key for my high security cylinder lock. I was so pleased with the customer service I received. Beshoy processed my order and mailed out my keys all within less than 30 minutes! Friendly & helpful.

I bought a triple pack of commercial doorknobs for the exterior doors of a building through the home depot, the knobs arrived and were nice and heavy duty, I made key copies and distributed them to all the tenants in the building, then I discovered that I had ordered the wrong back spacing on the lock(2.75). I could have returned the locks, re ordered the correct lockset, made new key copies again, and distributed them again. I decided before doing that that Id try calling Grip Tite customer service, I was pleasantly surprised that the rep. was willing to provide me with the 2 3/8 latch mechanism that I needed, that way I didnt have to make all new key copies and distribute them again. And the rep didnt even charge me, not even shipping! This was a mistake I made and the rep went above and beyond to find a solution for me that saved me a bunch of time and money...A+ for that!!

I would recommend this product not only for the heavy brass fixture itself, but mostly because of the tremendous customer service of this company.I found a manufacturers defect on one of the locks. When I contacted their customer service, the young man asked for the model and key number and had their locksmith CUSTOM MAKE a door lock for me that matched the 3 I had had installed ...at NO CHARGE! One day later, the new set was delivered to my business. At our Monday meeting, I named Beshoy as employee of the week, the CSR at Lock Tight Tools!
