As a truck driver, I bring my truck home. Where I usually park, with all the rain overnight, my truck got a little stuck. Southside was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and helpful at winching my truck free and did so quickly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Southside (and I believe the operators name was Jake). Jeff has an INCREDIBLE team!

My 20 yr-old daughter experienced a flat tire on I-85 South. AAA gave an arrival time of 3 hrs later. I called Southside and they were there 30 minutes later. The service was professional and courteous. Thank you to my driver, I really appreciate all your help!

Overall the price was comparable or better than other businesses. The only problem is that it took a whole day for them to come pick up my car(non emergency). I kept getting pushed back in the queue. This caused me to have to leave my car overnight.

We are from Florida and car broke down at 7:30 pm on a back road in Ga. We called triple AAA and waited 5 hours and they never showed up. State Trooper told us to call Southside and within 1 hour they were their. The person on the phone found our location on the map. We were totally lost, She found a hotel and called them to see if they had a room. The office and towed truck driver were very efficient and went way out of their way to help us. I definitely would recommend them.

I I am with the city of South Fulton Police Department. I was responding to an emergency when I realized I had a flat tire. When the gentleman arrives he tried every means possible to fix my problem. Due to all complications, which was no fault of his, flat tire was not repaired. I was very grateful because the driver never gave up. The very next morning he came back and took the vehicle to the mechanic shop. His customer service was excellent.

We were very pleased with the service we got from Southside when moving our skid steer. They showed up with the right equipment and were able to get there early because the people before us had canceled. The guy driving the truck was friendly and very helpful. The driver made a horrible day much better!!! I broke down in a company 18 wheeler and was stuck in no place to use the restroom or get anything to eat. The driver recognized my situation without me saying anything. After he rode the entire westside of Atlanta to different auto part stores trying to find the part for my truck, he bought me lunch!!! Thats without me saying anything! He also stayed with me until the company was able to get me another truck out so I could finish my route.

Its a tow yard... With a lot of policies written on the window, but none told over the phone. Called two days prior to coming to inform them Ill be picking up my car. I was told the price, but I was but told they charge an extra % if u pay with your debit card and its not something I would expect as most business dont charge the customer for using their debit card. After I was told how much my fee would be, THE VERY NEXT QUESTION should of been are u paying with cash or card and informing me of the extra charge. No worries, as I have no plans or see no reason to ever use their services again.

After dealing with a couple of local wrecker services through my road side assistance plan with my insurance company (one never showed up, another gouged the price horribly), I called Southside directly. Mike was there in less than 45 minutes, with a much better price and a smile! He had my car loaded and unloaded at the auto shop in about 20 minutes. So professional and understanding as I was telling him of my ordeal! I am ditching road side service and will just go straight to them from now on. Its totally worth it.

I used this service for the first time since moving here to Georgia. The gentleman who assisted me with a special tow was not only professional but listened attentively while I spoke to my ordeal. He politely smiled and told me he understood my frustrations with dealing with a breakdown! I would highly recommend!

Driver showed up in 20 mins... Great service and reasonable prices!

We called for a tow and they said they had no one available. We were 2 hours from home and stuck at a gas station. $4 mile going and $2 mile coming back with empty tow. High prices for no one available.

I had the absolute best experience with this company! I had a flat tire south of Atlanta, and didn’t have my wheel key to unlock the wheel in order to replace my tire. Jay Vinson was my guardian angel and towed me to a nearby auto parts store where he helped me figure out how to undo the lug, then replaced my tire himself. Incredible customer service!! Highly recommend!

Professional, Reliable when I needed them. Would call again! $150 a bit steep for winching service, but fast, quality work. Moved my daughters E150 van from RenFair camp to Pepboys, then later winched it up onto a trailer. Good people. Highly recommended.

Awesome, my hero!! I had a strange request, I needed to pull 4 tons precisely 7-1/8 inches from floor level only. Not only were they able to do this, in 10 minutes onsite, but were there in the timeframe they stated. VERY reasonable pricing! Would recommend to everyone! They saved my day!

Tow was professionally done. Good service. Bill was inflated by about a hundred dollars over what driver told me fee would be. Driver takes card information onsite, charge is apparently made later. Make sure you get a written quote from the driver or you may get a surprise later. However this is an industry with a reputation for putting the screws to a captive audience. 100 dollars is a relatively light screwing for a big truck tow, it could have been a lot worse. I still have not managed to get a receipt for Payment after calling twice so will just note it and if Uncle Sam questions the write off Ill point them to the wrecker service.

Julian rocked! He was very professional and careful with my car. It did not take the 30-40 mins estimate given for him to arrive. He actually arrived in about 20 mins! When he noticed,my tail pipes,were going to drag on the pavement,while loading my car onto the wrecker, he stopped, put some ramps down that lifted my car higher,so that wouldnt happen. He was very meticulous about everything and made sure my car was secure before proceeding. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. Keep up the excellent work! I highly recommend this,great company! I only wish Id thought if getting a business card so I could give others the info!

Horrible towing service! Couldn’t do my first job because they were short staff and then lied to me on the phone. trying to double charge me for a hook. Doesn’t look out for their customers that literally just towed with them. Stay far away!

Very disappointed with the customer service. I called and requested a tow from my house to the mechanic. I was given an ETA of 1 hour, maximum hour and a half. After nearly 2.5 hours I had yet to receive any call from either the driver or someone with dispatch giving me an updated ETA or explaining why it was taking them so long. I eventually had to cancel the tow since the mechanics shop had closed by this point. I was offered no apology or explanation when I called to cancel the tow.

They picked our car up from a wreck. Very friendly but they would only let my husband go back to get our things out of the car. We had just been shopping for the accident so we had a lot of stuff in the car. He was still in a lot of pain and having bad back problems from the accident and they would not let me help him get anything else nor did they have a wagon or anything to help him carry everything for the long walk. The office staff was friendly however. I just feel like they need to work on those policies or offer a hand stones and pain or at least have a wagon people can use

If I could leave no stars I would. This tow company was so unprofessional. The driver was 4 hours late and seemed to be put out while doing his job. I late called the company to inquire about a billing question, and Jeff was rude and condescending. I always give small businesses the benefit of the doubt, but based on the service I experienced I will not be using this tow service again and I will be warning all of my friends as well. I went to leave this on their facebook page but they are too busy bashing a previous customer (hows that for professionalism!?) to approve my comment. Be advised: they block all negative reviews on their FB page and only allow positive ones. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
