Feel safe getting my taxes done through hrb

Extremely high fee, which basically cancelled out the little refund I was supposed to get. The tax professional blamed high fee on no. of forms, but that seems unreasonable! I did not notice anything complex or time-consuming with my filling.No other recommendations were made too for next year filling. I could easily use other tools out there / private Tax professionals with far reasonable fees!

My agent was very intuitive and friendly.

Talking about professionals... they are NOT. I had my income forms, and they did not even know which tax-return forms to start with. Whats worse, they searched on google in front of me and browsed some random sites for solutions, rather than IRS! And finally I was told You do not need to file tax-return, bye! Really bad experience, not only just the non-professionals, but also their attitude. They believed (at least hinted several times) my sole purpose to file tax-returns was to get money from the government! Oh well, stay away from them.
