These people are the worst!!! Can’t expect much from a place on Bergenline. They are useless over the phone don’t know why they even have a phone number!!! It rings & rings & rings. If you get someone you think they will help you right but no they pick up put you on “hold” but you are just really listening to them take care of the in person customers. I was just calling to ask if my ups package was delivered there so I wouldn’t have to make a whole trip just to find out it wasn’t. I would give 0 stars if I could. Ups can you pick a better access point 😒
