Worst customer service I ever had in my life. No response to my queries after made payment. I did payment of $70 and then I had questions regarding my tax return estimate. They didn’t clarify my questions so I went to other vendor and got my return in a week. When I asked for refund for the service which they didn’t do, responding unprofessionally. Don’t trust this company as you would get better customer service and high tax return legally from other vendors. I’m not supporting any particular vendor here but don’t go with USTaxfiler as waste of your time and money. Bloody cheaters who really don’t know about tax professional and customer relationship.

Worst company, doesnt have basic qualifications to file taxes, staff are undertrained, no clue of who the owner is or how to contact him. They just have one motto to get the maximum refund to the client regardless of the norms.If you file with them, you get audits from IRS and the state boards for rest of your life. stay away from this file yourself or choose reputed company or any independent filer in the area not these people.I am getting audits from tax boards for my 2015 tax filing even in year 2020.

This the third consecutive year I have my taxes filed with them. They did a good job. So far no issue.

This is the worst company you can file your returns with. They misrepresented the information (told me a higher refund amount) on my wifes tax return and when I paid, I got to know that the refund amount is much low. The didnt even have the courtsey to rectify their mistake and are perfectly fine to keep the consumers money fraudently. Completely incompetent staff that lacks knowledge and miscommunicates.There was no option of 0 starts and thus they get 1.

Worst tax filers I have ever seen. They dont have accountability at all.
