They helped get my Husbands and my Email and showed us how to select a Wallpaper of our choice on desktop to our computer. They answered any question we had. Im thinking of having them help me set up my TV. They do that service too.

Im giving them five stars because when I called there their customer service representative was extremely helpful not only did he have an answer for every question I asked but he was ready to handle the situation that I had going on with my computer that same day gave me the price tell me when to come in if I wanted to and thats why theyre getting five stars

The customer service reps were super sweet & friendly and all (seriously, theyre not the issue here), but the techs didnt actually fix my issue. All they did was dust the desktop and blame a faulty cable ... Just smile, take your items back, and go to a real professional

Horrible Customer Service

Daughter went in to repair iPhone glass. Supposed to be same day repair. There tech guy said it take 14 days and the send it out of state. Really!!

I called to get some tech support and they just kept on transferring me, and all I wanted to do was make a simple appointment. Their service is absolutely ridiculous!

Took my laptop in for a broken DC port, got it back with a broken screen and broken wifi adapter. It took me another $155 to fix the screen (at a local computer repair place) only to then find out about the broken wifi adapter. My guess is they messed up soldering the wires back together, even at the outrageous price of $165 for a broken computer. Check your computer in the shop before signing on the dotted lines. Boot it up, everything.Mind you this was an otherwise perfect laptop when I brought it in. Nothing was wrong except it wouldnt charge and had a bad DC port, a common problem on the model I brought in.Right now Im out over $300 with a computer that still isnt detecting its own wifi adapter. If I could go back in time Id just buy another gaming laptop instead.

Scheduled a battery replacement with them, when I arrived they let me know that the estimated time until the battery was replaced was 24 hours. This is something that should be mentioned before the appointment so I dont waste an hour and a half of my day driving there and back.

Not the authorized apple service providers, Be careful before going there .... they take 7 -10 days to repair your iPhone or any electronic device . They sounded like fraud and cheaters

They send phones that are not compatible the service is appallingThey ask you for a credit card all the time to compensate for your mistakes.Nothing advisable ..Dont hire ... lousy service
