I went to Eva with my size 10 wedding dress I fell in love with in May knowing I wear a size 2 and within a month she brought it down to my size, added a belt sewed on, used tulle and part of the embroidery to create a lift to cover more of my back, added tulle in the front to make the neckline more modest and elegant, and created a bustle so I dont have to wear an afterdress. Eve New York did such great work with my wedding dress and in an extremely timely manner, as well as for a reasonable fee.I bought a dress of the rack and needed to get all of the intricate beading on the top fitted as well as a huge amount of fabric taken off the bottom, and I needed it within 3 weeks. The two women I worked with were wonderful and friendly, they assured me it would be done in 2 weeks, (even better!), and when I came back all the beading looked great, fit perfectly, and was the perfect length at the hem.I did a lot of research for how much tailoring a wedding dress usually costs, and Eve New York was much more affordable. I highly recommend this place.

Eva has been my seamstress for about 10 years and I have never looked back. Due to my short stature, I often have to get clothes altered. Eva always has the ability to work her magic in making any piece of clothing I bring to her end up fitting like a glove. Not only that but she also has the artistic ability to design the dress of your dreams. For instance, Eva was able to turn a dress from frumpy to elegant for a ballet gala I had to attend (see pictures below). All in all, Eva is an expert at her craft with affordable prices and I would not go to any other seamstress. 10/10 recommend.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Eva, I first came in to get alternation done on my wedding dress, I end up falling in love with a dress she had at the store and I was lucky enough to return my old dress, the price was reasonable and she even provided alteration to the new dress since it was a little big, she was able to help some of my bridesmaids with their dresses alteration.I love the services provided to my group, my wedding was at Punta Cana and I was one happy bride with a beautiful dress provided by Eve :)

After an extensive and frustrating search for a tailor/seamstress for my wedding dress, my husband came across Eve NY. He called and they called back a little while later, completely understanding what we needed, were able to complete major alterations to the corseted top to a ball own wedding dress with heavy beading (in a week!). To say I am impressed is an understatement. She is a master. Don’t hesitate to bring your dress here.

It is good service but should aseptar returns if the clothes are not used so it is lousy at least buy a dress my daughter did not use it and now I lost my money
